About These Supplemental Terms
These Clothing & Textiles Supplemental Vendor Terms apply to Vendors who list, sell, manufacture, customize, source, or otherwise offer Clothing, Textiles, garments, textile accessories, and other approved Products within the applicable Daivavarna Clothing category.
Daivavarna is a curated Marketplace intended to encourage traditional, natural, culturally meaningful, artisan, responsibly made, and similar Products rather than functioning as an unrestricted general clothing marketplace.
Accordingly, Products offered within this category are subject to standards concerning principal materials, fiber composition, Product descriptions, handmade and artisan claims, sizing, safety, authenticity, traditional or cultural representations, customization, and other matters described below.
These Supplemental Terms form part of the Vendor’s agreement with Daivavarna and should be read together with the General Vendor Terms and Seller Agreement, Marketplace Policies, Prohibited and Restricted Products, Services and Activities Policy, Product Safety and Recall Policy, Intellectual Property Policy, and other applicable Daivavarna requirements.
Where these Supplemental Terms establish a more specific rule for Clothing or Textile Products, the more specific category rule ordinarily applies.
Nothing in these Supplemental Terms limits obligations imposed by Applicable Law.
1. CATEGORY APPROVAL REQUIRED
A Vendor may not assume that general Vendor approval automatically authorizes the Vendor to sell Clothing or Textile Products.
Daivavarna may require separate approval for this category before the Vendor may publish Products within it.
Category approval may depend upon the Vendor’s Products, materials, sourcing, manufacturing methods, photographs, Product descriptions, business information, or other information reasonably requested by Daivavarna.
2. CONTINUING CATEGORY ELIGIBILITY
Approval to sell in the Clothing & Textiles category is conditional and continuing.
Daivavarna may review the Vendor’s Products or category eligibility where:
the Vendor materially changes Product types;
the Vendor begins using different materials;
Customer complaints raise material concerns;
Products repeatedly fail category standards;
Listings materially misrepresent Product composition;
or other reasonable compliance concerns arise.
3. PRODUCTS COVERED
Subject to approval, this category may include Products such as:
traditional garments;
sarees;
dhotis;
kurtas;
kurtis;
shirts;
dresses;
skirts;
shawls;
scarves;
dupattas;
stoles;
wraps;
robes;
children’s garments where separately approved;
cloth bags;
fabric accessories;
textile household or personal accessories where appropriately categorized;
handwoven fabrics;
natural-fiber fabrics;
traditional textiles;
embroidered garments;
tailored garments;
custom clothing;
and other approved Clothing or Textile Products.
Daivavarna may determine the most appropriate category for a particular Product.
4. CURATED NATURAL-MATERIAL STANDARD
Clothing & Textiles offered through this category should ordinarily be made principally from natural fibers or other materials approved by Daivavarna.
The Marketplace is not intended to function as a general outlet for conventional petroleum-derived synthetic clothing.
5. PRINCIPAL OR MAJORITY MATERIAL
Unless Daivavarna expressly approves otherwise, the principal or majority textile material of a Product should consist of qualifying natural fiber.
The Product should not merely contain a small amount of natural material while being principally made from petroleum-derived synthetic fiber and then be marketed as a natural Daivavarna Clothing Product.
6. QUALIFYING PLANT FIBERS
Qualifying natural plant fibers may include, where genuine and appropriately described:
cotton;
linen or flax;
hemp where lawful;
jute;
ramie;
banana fiber;
bamboo-derived fiber where accurately described;
lotus fiber;
other traditional plant fibers;
and other natural plant-derived textile materials approved by Daivavarna.
Eligibility depends upon the actual Product and the accuracy of the Vendor’s material claims.
7. ANIMAL-DERIVED NATURAL FIBERS
Natural animal-derived textile fibers may be permitted where lawful and consistent with applicable Daivavarna requirements.
Examples may include:
wool;
silk;
cashmere;
alpaca;
and other lawful natural textile fibers.
Vendors must accurately describe such materials.
Daivavarna may establish additional standards concerning sourcing, animal welfare, wildlife restrictions, or particular materials where appropriate.
8. SILK PRODUCTS
Where a Product is represented as silk, the representation must be accurate.
If the Vendor claims a particular form of silk, such as handloom silk, wild silk, eri silk, mulberry silk, or another specific variety, the Vendor must have a reasonable factual basis for the claim.
Claims such as “Ahimsa silk,” “peace silk,” or similar ethical-production claims must be truthful and supportable.
9. WOOL AND OTHER ANIMAL FIBERS
Where wool or another animal-derived fiber is used, the Listing should accurately describe the material where known.
A Vendor shall not falsely identify ordinary wool as cashmere, pashmina, alpaca, or another higher-value fiber.
Wildlife-derived materials remain subject to the Prohibited and Restricted Products, Services and Activities Policy.
10. LIMITED SYNTHETIC MATERIALS
Limited synthetic material may be permitted where reasonably necessary for legitimate functional purposes.
Examples may include:
elastic;
stretch components;
sewing thread;
reinforcement;
lining;
fasteners;
structural components;
water resistance;
durability;
support;
or other limited functional uses.
The existence of a small functional synthetic component does not automatically make an otherwise qualifying natural-fiber Product ineligible.
11. SYNTHETICS MUST NOT BE THE PRINCIPAL MATERIAL
Unless Daivavarna expressly creates an exception, petroleum-derived synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon, acrylic, conventional synthetic fleece, or similar materials should not constitute the principal or majority textile material of Products sold under this category.
A Product that is principally polyester with a small amount of cotton, for example, should not be represented as satisfying the ordinary Daivavarna natural-material standard.
12. BLENDED FABRICS
Blended fabrics may be permitted where the Product remains principally consistent with the natural-material standard.
The Vendor should disclose the fiber composition accurately where known or legally required.
Daivavarna may reject a blend where synthetic content becomes sufficiently substantial that the Product no longer reasonably fits the category’s natural-material purpose.
13. FUNCTIONAL EXCEPTIONS
Daivavarna may permit a Product containing a greater synthetic component where the material is reasonably necessary for a particular legitimate function and no practical natural alternative is suitable.
Any such exception is determined by Daivavarna and should not be assumed by the Vendor.
14. MATERIAL COMPOSITION DISCLOSURE
Listings must accurately describe material composition.
Where exact percentages are available or legally required, the Vendor should provide them.
Where exact percentages are genuinely unavailable for a traditional or artisan Product, the Vendor should provide the most accurate description reasonably available and must not invent percentages.
15. FALSE NATURAL-FIBER CLAIMS
A Vendor shall not describe a Product as:
100% cotton;
100% silk;
pure linen;
pure wool;
natural fiber;
organic cotton;
handwoven cotton;
or another material-specific representation unless the Vendor has a reasonable basis for the claim.
16. ORGANIC TEXTILE CLAIMS
A Product shall not be represented as certified organic merely because it is made from a natural fiber.
Where the Vendor claims certified organic cotton, certified organic textile production, or another formal certification, the Vendor must possess a valid basis for that claim.
Non-certified naturally produced material may be described accurately without falsely representing certification.
17. HANDLOOM CLAIMS
A Product may be described as handloom only where that representation accurately reflects the method by which the relevant textile was woven.
Machine-woven or power-loom fabric shall not be represented as handloom.
Daivavarna may request supporting information where a Product’s handloom status is material to its value or Marketplace presentation.
18. HANDWOVEN CLAIMS
A Vendor shall not describe a Product as handwoven where the fabric was principally produced through an automated industrial weaving process.
Limited use of tools or traditional equipment does not necessarily make a handwoven claim inaccurate.
The Listing should reasonably reflect the actual production method.
19. HANDMADE CLAIMS
A garment or textile Product may involve sewing machines, looms, cutting equipment, tools, assistants, or workshop production while still involving meaningful hand craftsmanship.
However, a Vendor shall not describe mass-produced commercial clothing as handmade where the description would materially mislead Customers.
20. ARTISAN-MADE CLAIMS
Claims such as:
artisan-made;
made by village artisans;
made by traditional craftspeople;
made by a women’s cooperative;
made by a specific community;
or similar representations
must have a reasonable factual basis.
Vendors shall not fabricate artisan identities or community sourcing in order to increase Product value.
21. TRADITIONAL TEXTILE CLAIMS
Where a Vendor identifies a Product using a particular traditional weaving, printing, embroidery, dyeing, regional, cultural, or craft designation, the description must be reasonably accurate.
Examples may include specific weaving traditions, embroidery traditions, regional textiles, block-printing traditions, or other culturally significant processes.
Daivavarna may request clarification or documentation where the designation materially affects Product authenticity or value.
22. COUNTRY AND REGION OF ORIGIN
A Vendor shall not falsely describe a Product as made in a particular country, region, village, or traditional center where that representation is materially inaccurate.
The location from which a Product is shipped is not necessarily the Product’s manufacturing origin.
23. COMMERCIAL BRANDS
Commercial brands may be permitted within this category where the Products otherwise satisfy Daivavarna standards.
A Product does not have to be handmade merely because it is sold on Daivavarna.
However, commercially manufactured Products must be accurately represented and must satisfy applicable material, safety, authenticity, and category requirements.
24. RESALE
Resale may be permitted where Daivavarna allows commercial or sourced Products within the relevant category.
A reseller must not falsely claim personal manufacture or artisan authorship.
The Vendor remains responsible for verifying Product composition and other material representations even where the Product was manufactured by another party.
25. DROP-SHIPPING
Daivavarna may restrict or separately approve drop-shipping arrangements.
A Vendor shall not use anonymous or uncontrolled fulfillment arrangements that prevent the Vendor from reasonably verifying Product quality, materials, authenticity, or fulfillment.
Where third-party fulfillment is approved, the Vendor remains responsible for the Product.
26. COLOR REPRESENTATION
Product photographs should reasonably represent actual Product colors.
Vendors should recognize that screens, lighting, photography, natural dyes, handmade production, and fabric batches may create reasonable differences.
Where significant natural or batch variation is expected, the Listing should disclose that fact.
27. NATURAL DYES
A Product may be described as naturally dyed, plant dyed, vegetable dyed, mineral dyed, or similarly described only where the Vendor has a reasonable factual basis.
The use of one natural dye component does not justify describing an otherwise conventionally dyed Product as entirely naturally dyed.
28. DYE SAFETY
Textile dyes, treatments, finishes, coatings, prints, and other chemical processes must comply with Applicable Law.
A Vendor shall not claim that a textile is non-toxic, chemical-free, hypoallergenic, or medically safe without an appropriate basis.
29. COLORFASTNESS AND NATURAL VARIATION
Natural dyes, hand dyeing, block printing, and artisan processes may produce reasonable fading, bleeding, or variation.
Where such characteristics are reasonably expected and materially relevant, the Vendor should provide appropriate care information or disclosure.
A traditional production method does not excuse an undisclosed serious defect.
30. PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHS
Listing photographs must reasonably represent the Product offered.
A Vendor shall not use images of materially different Products, fabrics, colors, embroidery, finishes, or accessories where doing so would mislead a reasonable Customer.
Where photographs are illustrative because each handmade Product varies, the Listing should disclose the expected variation.
31. PRODUCT QUANTITY
Listings must clearly indicate what is included.
For example, a photograph depicting a garment together with jewelry, footwear, accessories, shawls, or other decorative Products must not create the misleading impression that those additional Products are included if they are not.
32. SIZING INFORMATION
Clothing Listings should provide reasonably useful sizing information.
Where applicable, Vendors should provide:
size designations;
relevant measurements;
measurement units;
fit information;
or a size chart.
A Vendor should not assume that labels such as Small, Medium, Large, or XL have identical measurements across all manufacturers or countries.
33. INTERNATIONAL SIZING
Where Products are offered internationally, Vendors should take reasonable steps to avoid confusion between regional sizing systems.
Where useful, actual garment measurements should be provided in addition to regional size labels.
34. MEASUREMENT ACCURACY
Measurements should be taken and represented with reasonable care.
Minor variation may occur in handmade or textile Products.
Where expected measurement variation is material, the Vendor should disclose an appropriate tolerance rather than falsely promising exact dimensions.
35. CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-MEASURE CLOTHING
Vendors offering custom or made-to-measure garments must clearly explain the information required from the Customer.
The Vendor should provide reasonable instructions for taking measurements where Customer-supplied measurements are used.
36. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED MEASUREMENTS
Where a Customer supplies incorrect measurements and the Vendor accurately produces the garment according to those measurements, the resulting fit issue may not constitute Vendor error.
The Vendor remains responsible where the garment materially fails to follow the measurements or specifications actually agreed upon.
37. ALTERATIONS
Where alterations are included or separately purchased, the Vendor should identify the scope of alteration, price where applicable, and expected processing time.
A Vendor shall not represent a garment as custom-tailored where no meaningful tailoring or customization occurred.
38. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Personalized garments may include names, embroidery, designs, inscriptions, measurements, colors, or other Customer-selected elements.
The Listing should identify material personalization limitations and applicable cancellation or return conditions before purchase.
39. RETURNS FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Custom, personalized, and made-to-measure Products may be excluded from ordinary change-of-mind returns where permitted by Applicable Law and the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
This does not eliminate remedies where the Product is defective, materially misdescribed, incorrectly produced, unsafe, or materially inconsistent with the Customer’s agreed specifications.
40. READY-MADE CLOTHING RETURNS
Eligible non-customized garments may be subject to the Marketplace return period displayed in the Listing.
For discretionary change-of-mind returns, the garment should ordinarily be returned substantially in its original condition and should not be materially worn, washed, altered, damaged, or contaminated beyond reasonable inspection or fitting.
Mandatory Customer rights remain unaffected.
41. HYGIENE-SENSITIVE CLOTHING
Certain intimate, personal-use, or hygiene-sensitive garments may be subject to additional return restrictions where permitted by Applicable Law.
Where such restrictions apply, they should be clearly disclosed before purchase.
A hygiene restriction does not eliminate remedies for defective, incorrect, counterfeit, unsafe, or materially misdescribed Products.
42. CHILDREN’S CLOTHING
Children’s garments may require additional approval and must comply with applicable safety requirements.
Relevant considerations may include:
flammability;
cords and drawstrings;
small decorative components;
buttons;
choking risks;
chemical content;
labels;
and age-related requirements.
Daivavarna may require Product-level review for children’s clothing.
43. FASTENERS AND ACCESSORIES
Buttons, hooks, zippers, elastic, snaps, clasps, drawstrings, beads, decorative components, and similar functional elements must be reasonably appropriate to the Product.
Limited synthetic or metal components used for legitimate functionality do not necessarily violate the natural-material standard.
44. METAL COMPONENTS
Metal buttons, hooks, buckles, zippers, bells, embellishments, or similar components may be permitted.
Where metal composition is material to safety or Product value, the Vendor should accurately describe it.
A Vendor shall not falsely represent plated base metal as pure silver, gold, brass, or another higher-value material.
45. DECORATIVE MATERIALS
Embroidery, mirrors, beads, sequins, shells, wood, stone, metal, tassels, or other decorative elements may be used where appropriate.
Wildlife-derived or environmentally restricted materials remain subject to the Prohibited and Restricted Products, Services and Activities Policy.
46. LEATHER AND OTHER ANIMAL-DERIVED MATERIALS
Where Daivavarna permits lawful leather or other animal-derived materials in a particular Clothing Product, the Vendor must accurately disclose the material.
Daivavarna may establish additional restrictions or category standards concerning such Products.
Materials derived from protected wildlife or unlawful sources are prohibited.
47. FUR AND WILDLIFE MATERIALS
Products made with unlawful fur, protected wildlife, endangered species, prohibited feathers, skins, or other restricted wildlife materials are prohibited.
Daivavarna may reject a wildlife-derived Product where lawful sourcing cannot reasonably be established.
48. TEXTILE SAFETY
Clothing and Textile Products must comply with applicable Product-safety requirements.
Products containing dangerous contamination, unlawful chemicals, prohibited dyes, hazardous sharp components, unsafe children’s features, or another unreasonable safety risk are prohibited.
49. FLAMMABILITY
Where particular garments or textiles are subject to legally applicable flammability requirements, the Vendor is responsible for compliance.
A Vendor shall not make unsupported “fireproof,” “flameproof,” or equivalent claims.
50. ALLERGY AND HEALTH CLAIMS
Vendors should not make unsupported medical or health claims about textiles.
Statements such as:
cures skin disease;
prevents allergies;
heals the body;
eliminates medical conditions;
or similar therapeutic guarantees
may be prohibited.
Truthful material descriptions and lawful, appropriately qualified statements remain permitted.
51. “CHEMICAL-FREE” CLAIMS
Vendors should not describe a Product as “chemical-free” where the claim is scientifically or materially misleading.
More precise truthful descriptions, such as identifying a particular dyeing method, untreated fabric, or absence of a specified substance, should be used where appropriate and supportable.
52. USED AND PRE-OWNED CLOTHING
Daivavarna may determine whether pre-owned, vintage, antique, or used Clothing Products are permitted within the category.
Where permitted, the Product’s condition must be clearly and accurately disclosed.
Material stains, repairs, damage, odors, alterations, missing components, or significant wear should not be concealed.
53. VINTAGE AND ANTIQUE CLAIMS
A Product described as vintage, antique, historical, or belonging to a specific period must have a reasonable basis for that representation.
A modern reproduction shall not be represented as an authentic historical garment.
54. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Clothing Products must comply with the Intellectual Property Policy.
Vendors shall not unlawfully reproduce protected logos, prints, artwork, fashion designs where legally protected, photographs, characters, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
55. SACRED IMAGERY ON CLOTHING
Products incorporating Deities, sacred names, mantras, scriptures, sacred symbols, or devotional imagery may be subject to additional review.
Daivavarna may establish standards concerning respectful use, placement, presentation, or suitability of sacred imagery.
Marketplace approval of one design does not guarantee approval of every sacred-image Product.
56. FALSE TEMPLE OR SPIRITUAL CLAIMS
A Vendor shall not falsely state that Clothing or Textiles were:
blessed;
offered to a Deity;
used in a temple;
worn by a spiritual Teacher;
produced by an ashram;
made by a temple;
or associated with another sacred institution
without a reasonable factual basis.
57. ELECTRICAL OR POWERED WEARABLES
Electrical, electronic, battery-powered, rechargeable, illuminated, heated, or otherwise powered Clothing and wearable Products are prohibited at initial Marketplace launch unless Daivavarna expressly establishes a future approval program.
58. PACKAGING
Vendors should package garments and textiles so that they are reasonably protected from moisture, contamination, staining, tearing, and foreseeable shipping damage.
Daivavarna encourages practical use of reusable, recyclable, biodegradable, natural, or lower-impact packaging where compatible with Product protection.
59. CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Where special care is reasonably necessary, Vendors should provide useful information concerning washing, drying, ironing, dry cleaning, color bleeding, shrinkage, storage, or other relevant Product care.
A Vendor shall not intentionally omit care requirements where ordinary treatment would foreseeably and materially damage the Product.
60. SHRINKAGE
Natural fibers and traditionally processed textiles may experience reasonable shrinkage.
Where meaningful shrinkage is reasonably expected, the Vendor should disclose appropriate washing or care instructions.
Excessive undisclosed shrinkage may constitute a Product quality issue depending upon the circumstances.
61. HANDMADE VARIATION
Genuine handmade, handwoven, hand-dyed, embroidered, block-printed, or artisan Products may contain reasonable differences in:
weave;
texture;
color;
pattern alignment;
stitching;
dimensions;
or other characteristics.
Reasonable artisan variation is not necessarily a defect.
However, variation materially exceeding what a Customer could reasonably expect from the Listing may still constitute nonconformity.
62. DEFECTS VERSUS NATURAL VARIATION
Vendors shall not use the phrase “handmade variation” to excuse serious manufacturing defects, unsafe construction, major holes, substantial stains, materially incorrect sizing, missing components, or another material failure.
63. QUALITY CONTROL
Vendors should reasonably inspect Products before shipment.
Inspection should be appropriate to the Product and may include checking:
material;
size;
visible damage;
stitching;
major stains;
missing components;
customization;
and consistency with the Customer’s Order.
64. SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT
Vendors must comply with the Shipping, Delivery, Local Pickup and International Orders Policy.
Textile Vendors are responsible for accurately representing processing times, particularly for custom, handwoven, dyed, embroidered, or made-to-order Products.
65. LOCAL TAILORING AND ALTERATION SERVICES
Where tailoring or alteration Services are offered through a Services or Clothing-related Marketplace feature, the Provider must accurately describe:
services offered;
pricing;
measurement requirements;
expected completion time;
alteration limitations;
and relevant cancellation conditions.
Separate Service Supplemental Terms may also apply.
66. INTERNATIONAL SALES
Textile Vendors selling internationally are responsible for applicable export, customs, labeling, material, origin, wildlife, and import requirements.
The fact that a textile Product is lawful in the Vendor’s country does not establish that it may be shipped to every Customer destination.
67. DOCUMENTATION
Daivavarna may request reasonable evidence concerning:
fiber composition;
supplier information;
Product origin;
artisan source;
certification;
manufacturing method;
organic claims;
handloom status;
brand authenticity;
or other material Listing representations.
68. FALSE OR FABRICATED DOCUMENTATION
A Vendor shall not submit forged certifications, altered invoices, false artisan documents, fabricated organic certificates, fraudulent supplier records, or other misleading evidence.
Such conduct may result in immediate Marketplace enforcement.
69. PRODUCT-LEVEL REVIEW
Daivavarna may require individual review of Products involving:
children;
unusual safety risks;
sacred imagery;
wildlife-derived materials;
high-value authenticity claims;
unusual health claims;
or other elevated compliance concerns.
Vendor and category approval do not automatically eliminate Product-level review.
70. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
Daivavarna may review Customer complaints concerning:
material composition;
incorrect sizing;
false handmade claims;
counterfeit Products;
misrepresented origin;
unsafe Products;
incorrect Products;
or other category-related concerns.
Vendors must reasonably cooperate with legitimate Marketplace investigations.
71. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellation, custom Product restrictions, damaged Products, incorrect Products, and material misdescription are governed by the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
A Vendor-specific policy may be more generous but may not lawfully eliminate mandatory Customer remedies.
72. PRODUCT SAFETY AND RECALLS
Clothing and Textile Products remain subject to the Product Safety and Recall Policy.
Where Daivavarna identifies a serious Product-safety concern, it may suspend the Product, request evidence, contact Customers, hold funds, or require corrective action.
73. PROHIBITED PRODUCTS
Products prohibited by the Prohibited and Restricted Products, Services and Activities Policy cannot become eligible merely because they contain textiles or resemble Clothing.
74. CATEGORY MISCLASSIFICATION
A Vendor shall not intentionally list a Product in Clothing & Textiles in order to avoid the requirements of another category.
Daivavarna may move, restrict, or remove incorrectly categorized Products.
75. MARKETPLACE ENFORCEMENT
Failure to comply with these Supplemental Terms may result in:
Listing correction;
Listing rejection;
Product removal;
additional documentation requirements;
Product-level review;
category restrictions;
loss of Clothing & Textiles approval;
payment holds where appropriate;
Vendor suspension;
or other action permitted under the General Vendor Terms and Marketplace Policies.
76. SERIOUS MISREPRESENTATION
Daivavarna may take stronger action where a Vendor intentionally:
misrepresents synthetic material as natural fiber;
falsifies handloom or handmade status;
fabricates artisan origin;
sells counterfeit branded clothing;
uses fraudulent certifications;
conceals restricted wildlife materials;
or repeatedly misleads Customers concerning Product composition.
77. CHANGES TO THESE SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS
Daivavarna may update these Clothing & Textiles Supplemental Vendor Terms as Marketplace standards, materials, categories, laws, safety requirements, or operational practices evolve.
Where Daivavarna materially changes these terms, Vendors may be required to accept a new Category Terms Version before continuing to list Products within this category.
78. CATEGORY TERMS VERSIONING
The current version of these Supplemental Terms is identified at the beginning of this document.
Daivavarna may maintain an electronic record showing:
Vendor identity;
category;
accepted terms version;
date and time of acceptance;
and other reasonable acceptance information.
Acceptance of one version does not necessarily constitute acceptance of a later materially revised version.
79. REACCEPTANCE AFTER MATERIAL CHANGES
Where these Supplemental Terms are materially revised, Daivavarna may require a Vendor to review and accept the updated version before creating, editing, publishing, or continuing to offer Products in this category.
80. RELATIONSHIP TO GENERAL VENDOR TERMS
These Supplemental Terms do not replace the General Vendor Terms and Seller Agreement.
They add category-specific obligations for Clothing & Textiles Vendors.
Where these Supplemental Terms and a general Marketplace rule address different matters, both apply.
Where a genuine conflict exists, the more specific requirement ordinarily governs the Clothing & Textiles issue unless the General Vendor Terms, Applicable Law, or another expressly controlling policy provides otherwise.
81. CONTACT
Questions concerning eligibility of Clothing or Textile Products should be submitted before Listing where the Vendor is uncertain.

82. VENDOR CATEGORY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By accepting these Clothing & Textiles Supplemental Vendor Terms, the Vendor confirms that the Vendor has reviewed and understands the category-specific requirements applicable to Clothing and Textile Products offered through Daivavarna.
The Vendor agrees that Products listed in this category will ordinarily be principally or predominantly made from qualifying natural materials, subject to permitted limited functional synthetic components and any specific Daivavarna-approved exceptions.
The Vendor agrees to accurately disclose materials, manufacturing methods, sizing, origin, handmade or artisan status, certifications, customization, and other material Product characteristics.
The Vendor further acknowledges that category approval does not constitute approval of every Product and that Daivavarna may require Product-level review where reasonably necessary.
The Vendor agrees to comply with these Supplemental Terms, the General Vendor Terms and Seller Agreement, Marketplace Policies, applicable Product-safety requirements, and Applicable Law for so long as the Vendor offers Clothing or Textile Products through Daivavarna.
