About These Supplemental Terms

These Events Supplemental Vendor Terms apply to individuals, temples, ashrams, farms, cultural organizations, community groups, schools, teachers, businesses, nonprofit organizations, Event organizers, venues, coordinators, and other approved Providers who create, advertise, organize, host, facilitate, sell admission to, or otherwise offer Events through Daivavarna.

Daivavarna’s Events category is intended to help Customers discover Events reasonably connected with Daivavarna’s devotional, Vedic, Dharmic, traditional, cultural, educational, artistic, agricultural, natural-living, community, and related Marketplace purposes.

Subject to approval, Events may include:

temple programs;

devotional gatherings;

festivals;

kirtan or bhajan programs;

scriptural programs;

traditional ceremonies;

cultural celebrations;

lectures;

conferences;

seminars;

retreats;

farm gatherings;

natural-living programs;

arts and crafts fairs;

traditional performances;

music programs;

dance programs;

educational gatherings;

pilgrimage-related programs;

community gatherings;

weddings or traditional celebrations where supported;

markets;

exhibitions;

workshops;

and other approved Events.

Daivavarna is not intended to operate as an unrestricted general Event marketplace. Daivavarna may curate Events according to subject, Organizer, venue, purpose, safety, community relevance, Marketplace alignment, legality, and other reasonable factors.

Event Organizers remain primarily responsible for the Event, including lawful operation, venue authorization, safety, capacity, permits, insurance, staffing, contractors, food, transportation where applicable, ticketing obligations, Customer communication, and performance of the Event as represented.

Daivavarna may permit free Events, paid Events, donation-based Events, Direct-Payment Events, or Daivavarna-Processed Event payments depending upon Marketplace functionality and the Event’s approved transaction model.

These Supplemental Terms supplement the General Vendor Terms and Seller Agreement, Marketplace Policies, Fees and Vendor Payouts Policy, Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Reviews and Community Content Policy, Prohibited and Restricted Products, Services and Activities Policy, Classes & Teachers Supplemental Vendor Terms, Accommodations Supplemental Vendor Terms, General Services Supplemental Vendor Terms, and other applicable Supplemental Category Terms.

Nothing in these Supplemental Terms permits an Event, activity, sale, transaction, or Service prohibited by Applicable Law.


1. EVENT ORGANIZER APPROVAL REQUIRED

An Organizer may be required to receive Daivavarna approval before publishing Events.

General Vendor approval does not automatically authorize Event organization.

Daivavarna may request information concerning:

Organizer identity;

organization;

venue;

Event purpose;

Event history;

permits;

insurance;

expected attendance;

ticketing;

activities;

food;

accommodation;

contractors;

safety measures;

or other relevant matters.


2. EVENT-LEVEL APPROVAL

Daivavarna may review individual Events even after the Organizer has been approved.

Approval of one Event does not automatically authorize every later Event.


3. CONTINUING ORGANIZER ELIGIBILITY

Organizer approval is conditional and continuing.

Daivavarna may review eligibility where:

serious complaints arise;

Events are repeatedly cancelled;

permits lapse;

safety incidents occur;

false Event information is reported;

financial disputes become significant;

or another reasonable compliance concern exists.


4. EVENT TYPES

Daivavarna may approve different types of Events subject to Marketplace standards.

An Event may be:

free;

ticketed;

donation-based;

private;

public;

in-person;

online;

hybrid;

single-day;

multi-day;

recurring;

residential;

or non-residential.


5. CURATED EVENT PURPOSE

Events should reasonably align with Daivavarna’s Marketplace purpose.

Daivavarna may decline an otherwise lawful Event that principally falls outside the Marketplace’s traditional, devotional, cultural, educational, natural-living, artisan, agricultural, or community orientation.


6. DEVOTIONAL EVENTS

Approved devotional Events may include:

kirtan;

bhajan;

temple festivals;

scriptural programs;

puja-related gatherings;

Deity festivals;

pilgrimage programs;

or other appropriate devotional gatherings.


7. TEMPLE EVENTS

Temples may list Events where properly authorized.

A person unaffiliated with a temple shall not falsely represent an Event as officially organized by that temple.


8. ASHRAM EVENTS

Ashrams or retreat organizations may offer approved Events.

Claims of official ashram affiliation must be truthful.


9. CULTURAL EVENTS

Traditional cultural Events may include:

dance;

music;

festivals;

language programs;

traditional arts;

heritage programs;

community celebrations;

or similar gatherings.


10. EDUCATIONAL EVENTS

Lectures, conferences, seminars, study programs, and educational gatherings may be eligible.

Where structured instruction is the principal purpose, Classes & Teachers Supplemental Terms may also apply.


11. FARM EVENTS

Natural or traditional farms may host:

farm tours;

harvest gatherings;

educational programs;

community days;

natural-farming demonstrations;

or other approved Events.

Farm safety requirements continue to apply.


12. ARTS AND CRAFTS EVENTS

Craft fairs, artisan exhibitions, traditional art gatherings, workshops, or demonstrations may be eligible.

Products sold during or through Daivavarna remain subject to applicable Product-category requirements.


13. FOOD EVENTS

Food festivals, cooking Events, community meals, or other food-centered Events may be eligible where they comply with applicable food-safety and Sattvic standards.


14. SATTVIC FOOD EVENTS

Where an Event is marketed as Sattvic, food represented as Sattvic must comply with the Daivavarna Sattvic Foods standard.


15. WEDDINGS AND FAMILY CEREMONIES

Daivavarna may permit traditional weddings, ceremonies, receptions, or related gatherings to use Event features where supported.

An Organizer may also use Event Requirements to seek approved Service Providers.


16. RETREATS

Retreats may involve Events, Classes, Accommodation, meals, Ayurveda, spiritual programs, or other activities.

Each component remains subject to its applicable requirements.


17. CONFERENCES

Traditional, philosophical, educational, cultural, agricultural, or community conferences may be approved.


18. PERFORMANCES

Music, dance, theatre, devotional performance, storytelling, and other approved performances may be listed.

The Organizer remains responsible for performance rights and venue requirements.


19. ONLINE EVENTS

Online Events may be hosted using video, webinar, livestream, audio, or another approved platform.

The Listing must clearly identify the Event as online.


20. HYBRID EVENTS

Hybrid Events combining physical and online participation should accurately describe each attendance option.


21. PRIVATE EVENTS

Private Events may be supported where Daivavarna functionality allows restricted access.


22. PUBLIC EVENTS

Public Event Listings must contain sufficiently accurate information for Customers to understand the Event before attending.


23. EVENT TITLE

The Event title must accurately identify the Event.

A Listing shall not use unrelated famous names, temples, teachers, performers, or organizations merely to attract Customers.


24. EVENT DESCRIPTION

The Event description should accurately explain:

purpose;

principal activities;

schedule;

venue;

Organizer;

audience;

price;

and material conditions.


25. EVENT DATE

Event dates must be accurate.

An Organizer shall not intentionally publish a false date to collect registrations for an Event that is not reasonably planned.


26. EVENT TIME

Start and end times should be reasonably accurate.

Where only an approximate end time is possible, that may be stated.


27. TIME ZONE

Online or international Events should clearly identify the applicable time zone.


28. RECURRING EVENTS

Recurring Events should accurately describe:

frequency;

dates;

exceptions;

and whether one registration covers one or multiple occurrences.


29. MULTI-DAY EVENTS

Multi-day Events should explain:

start date;

end date;

daily schedule where material;

and whether attendance on all days is required.


30. EVENT LOCATION

The Organizer must provide an accurate Event location.


31. APPROXIMATE LOCATION BEFORE REGISTRATION

Daivavarna may permit the precise location of certain private or residential Events to remain hidden until registration or confirmation.


32. EXACT LOCATION

The Organizer must provide Daivavarna with sufficient accurate location information where requested.


33. FALSE LOCATION CLAIMS

An Organizer shall not materially misrepresent:

city;

venue;

distance;

neighborhood;

temple proximity;

or accessibility.


34. VENUE IDENTITY

Where the Event occurs at a named venue, the Organizer must have lawful authority or confirmed permission to use that venue.


35. FALSE VENUE AFFILIATION

An Organizer shall not list an Event at a temple, hotel, farm, school, park, hall, ashram, or other property without required permission.


36. VENUE CHANGE

Material venue changes should be communicated promptly to registered Customers.


37. SUBSTANTIAL VENUE CHANGE

Where the replacement venue materially affects Customer participation because of distance, accessibility, character, or other significant differences, applicable cancellation or refund rights may arise.


38. VENUE SAFETY

The Organizer is responsible for selecting a venue reasonably suitable and safe for the planned Event.


39. VENUE CAPACITY

The Organizer must comply with lawful capacity limits.


40. OVERCROWDING

An Organizer shall not knowingly admit materially more attendees than the venue may safely or lawfully accommodate.


41. FIRE CODE

Events must comply with applicable fire and occupancy requirements.


42. EMERGENCY EXITS

Required emergency exits must remain usable during the Event.


43. FIRE EXTINGUISHERS

Required fire-safety equipment must be available and maintained.


44. OPEN FLAME

Events involving:

diyas;

candles;

camphor;

havan;

fire ceremonies;

cooking;

or other open flame

must use appropriate fire-safety precautions.


45. HAVAN AND FIRE CEREMONIES

Traditional fire ceremonies may be permitted where lawful and appropriately managed.

The Organizer remains responsible for:

venue authorization;

fire safety;

ventilation;

crowd separation;

and Applicable Law.


46. INCENSE AND SMOKE

Where substantial smoke or incense is expected, appropriate ventilation and disclosure should be considered.


47. ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

Events may lawfully use ordinary electrical equipment such as:

sound systems;

lighting;

projectors;

kitchen equipment;

or venue infrastructure.

Daivavarna’s launch restriction on selling electrical Products does not prohibit ordinary Event use of electrical equipment.


48. ELECTRICAL SAFETY

Temporary wiring, generators, audio equipment, lighting, and similar installations must be used safely and in compliance with Applicable Law.


49. STAGES

Stages must be reasonably appropriate for:

load;

performers;

equipment;

and audience conditions.


50. TEMPORARY STRUCTURES

Tents, stages, booths, canopies, temporary altars, seating platforms, or similar structures must comply with applicable safety requirements.


51. WEATHER

Outdoor Events should consider foreseeable weather conditions.


52. WEATHER CONTINGENCY

Where appropriate, Organizers should disclose:

rain plans;

indoor alternatives;

postponement policies;

or cancellation arrangements.


53. EXTREME WEATHER

An Organizer should not knowingly continue an Event where extreme weather creates an unreasonable danger to attendees.


54. OUTDOOR EVENTS

Outdoor Event Listings should reasonably disclose conditions such as:

uneven ground;

limited shelter;

heat;

cold;

rain exposure;

or rural access

where material.


55. FARM EVENT CONDITIONS

Farm Events may involve:

mud;

animals;

tools;

equipment;

uneven terrain;

insects;

or agricultural activity.

Material hazards should be reasonably managed and disclosed.


56. WATER HAZARDS

Events near:

rivers;

ponds;

lakes;

pools;

wells;

or other open water

must take appropriate safety precautions.


57. CROWD MANAGEMENT

Large Events should have reasonable crowd-management procedures appropriate to expected attendance.


58. SECURITY

Organizers remain responsible for any security measures reasonably necessary for the Event.


59. SECURITY PERSONNEL

Where professional security personnel are used, they must comply with Applicable Law.


60. BAG CHECKS

Bag checks or entry screening must be conducted lawfully and consistently with privacy and other applicable requirements.


61. PROHIBITED ITEMS

Organizers may establish lawful Event rules concerning prohibited items.


62. WEAPONS

Event weapon restrictions must comply with Applicable Law.

Daivavarna’s broader prohibited Product rules continue to apply.


63. ALCOHOL

Daivavarna may prohibit or restrict Events principally centered upon alcohol.

An Organizer may establish a no-alcohol rule.

Devotional, temple, ashram, Sattvic, or traditional Events may prohibit alcohol entirely.


64. INTOXICANTS

Event Organizers may prohibit intoxicants and impaired behavior.

Products or activities prohibited by Daivavarna remain prohibited.


65. MEAT AND NON-SATTVIC FOOD

Organizers may establish dietary requirements consistent with the nature of the Event.

A Sattvic Event may prohibit:

meat;

fish;

eggs;

onion;

garlic;

alcohol;

caffeine;

or other ingredients according to the Sattvic Foods standard.


66. FOOD SERVICE

Food supplied or sold at an Event must comply with applicable food-safety requirements.


67. FOOD VENDORS

Third-party food Vendors may require separate Daivavarna Vendor and Sattvic Foods approval where sales occur through Daivavarna.


68. CATERING

Event catering may be provided by an approved Provider or external lawful caterer.

The Organizer remains responsible for ensuring legally required food-service arrangements.


69. COMMUNITY MEALS

Community meals may be offered where lawful.

The charitable or devotional nature of a meal does not eliminate applicable food-safety obligations.


70. PRASADA

Food represented as prasada must have a reasonable factual basis for that representation and remain subject to applicable safety requirements.


71. ALLERGENS

Food Providers must comply with applicable allergen requirements.


72. DIETARY CLAIMS

Claims such as:

vegan;

gluten-free;

allergen-free;

organic;

Sattvic;

or nut-free

must have a reasonable basis.


73. WATER

Events should provide or permit reasonable access to drinking water where appropriate to duration, weather, and applicable requirements.


74. SANITATION

Events must provide lawful and reasonably appropriate sanitation.


75. RESTROOMS

The number and type of restroom facilities should be appropriate to the Event and Applicable Law.


76. PORTABLE TOILETS

Portable sanitation must be appropriately serviced where used.


77. HANDWASHING

Food and certain outdoor Events may require handwashing facilities.


78. WASTE MANAGEMENT

Organizers should plan appropriate waste collection and disposal.


79. RECYCLING CLAIMS

Environmental Event claims must be truthful.


80. ZERO-WASTE CLAIMS

An Event shall not be described as zero waste without a reasonable basis.


81. ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

Daivavarna encourages reasonable reduction of:

single-use plastic;

unnecessary packaging;

food waste;

and other avoidable waste

where practical and consistent with safety.


82. ACCESSIBILITY

Organizers must comply with applicable accessibility laws.


83. ACCESSIBILITY CLAIMS

Claims concerning:

wheelchair access;

accessible seating;

accessible restrooms;

sign-language interpretation;

step-free entry;

or other accommodations

must be accurate.


84. ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS

Organizers should handle legally required reasonable accommodation requests consistent with Applicable Law.


85. CHILDREN

Events intended for children or families may require additional safeguards.


86. MINOR SAFETY

Organizers must take reasonable measures appropriate to the involvement of minors.


87. PARENT OR GUARDIAN SUPERVISION

Where parents or guardians are expected to remain responsible for children during the Event, that expectation should be clear where material.


88. CHILD DROP-OFF PROGRAMS

Events where minors are left without a parent or guardian may require heightened approval, staffing, background checks, consent procedures, and child-safety measures.


89. BACKGROUND CHECKS

Daivavarna may require background checks or additional verification for Event personnel working closely with minors where legally permitted and operationally supported.


90. CHILD EXPLOITATION

Sexual exploitation, grooming, abuse, or other misconduct involving minors is prohibited.

Credible serious allegations may result in immediate suspension.


91. ADULT SUPERVISION

Child-centered Events should maintain appropriate supervision.


92. LOST CHILD PROCEDURES

Large family Events should consider procedures appropriate for locating lost children and reuniting them safely with guardians.


93. MEDICAL SAFETY

The Organizer remains responsible for medical and first-aid planning appropriate to the Event.


94. FIRST AID

Daivavarna may require or recommend:

first-aid kits;

trained personnel;

medical stations;

or another reasonable response capability

depending upon Event size and risk.


95. EMERGENCY SERVICES

Large or higher-risk Events should consider access for emergency responders.


96. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

Daivavarna is not an emergency medical service.

Organizers should contact appropriate emergency services when serious medical emergencies occur.


97. HEALTH CLAIMS

An Event shall not make deceptive guarantees concerning medical cures, disease prevention, or health outcomes.


98. AYURVEDA EVENTS

Events involving Ayurveda education, consultations, demonstrations, or Products may also require compliance with Ayurveda category terms.


99. AYURVEDA CONSULTATIONS AT EVENTS

Individualized Ayurveda consultation offered during an Event requires appropriate Practitioner approval where applicable.


100. ASTROLOGY AT EVENTS

Professional Astrology consultations offered during an Event require applicable Astrology category approval where provided through Daivavarna.


101. CLASSES AT EVENTS

Structured educational Classes within an Event may require Classes & Teachers approval.


102. EVENT SPEAKERS

Organizers should accurately identify principal speakers where speaker identity is material to ticket purchase.


103. SPEAKER QUALIFICATIONS

Where qualifications are advertised, they must be accurate.


104. FALSE SPEAKER ANNOUNCEMENTS

An Organizer shall not advertise a Teacher, scholar, spiritual leader, performer, or public figure as appearing where there is no reasonable basis to believe the person will participate.


105. SPEAKER CHANGES

Material speaker changes should be communicated to registered Customers.


106. HEADLINE SPEAKERS

Where attendance of a particular headline speaker was the principal reason for purchasing a ticket, cancellation of that person’s appearance may be relevant to Customer remedy decisions.


107. PERFORMERS

Performers must be accurately identified where material.


108. PERFORMANCE RIGHTS

The Organizer is responsible for lawful use of:

music;

recordings;

scripts;

films;

performances;

or other protected content.


109. MUSIC LICENSING

Public performance of copyrighted music may require licenses.

The Organizer remains responsible for applicable requirements.


110. TRADITIONAL MUSIC

Traditional or public-domain compositions may still involve protected modern arrangements, recordings, or performances.


111. PHOTOGRAPHY

Events may permit or restrict photography.

The Event Listing or venue rules should explain material restrictions where applicable.


112. EVENT PHOTOGRAPHER

Photography Providers may require General Services or another applicable approval.


113. VIDEO RECORDING

The Organizer may record an Event where lawful and where required permissions are obtained.


114. RECORDING NOTICE

Attendees should receive appropriate notice when the Event will be professionally recorded and identifiable attendees may appear.


115. PRIVATE AREAS

Recording should not occur in areas where attendees reasonably expect privacy without proper authorization.


116. CHILDREN IN RECORDINGS

Use of identifiable minors in recordings must comply with applicable consent and child-protection requirements.


117. LIVESTREAMING

An Organizer livestreaming an Event remains responsible for:

participant permissions;

music rights;

speaker permissions;

privacy;

and intellectual property.


118. RECORDING OF SPEAKERS

The Organizer must have sufficient rights to record and distribute a speaker’s presentation where required.


119. COMMERCIAL RECORDINGS

Permission to conduct a live Event does not automatically provide the Organizer unrestricted rights to commercially sell the recording.


120. ATTENDEE RECORDING

Organizers may establish reasonable rules restricting attendee recording.


121. EVENT PHOTOGRAPHS FOR MARKETING

Organizers should obtain required permission before using identifiable attendee images commercially.


122. EVENT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Event names, logos, posters, photographs, videos, course materials, recordings, and other content must comply with the Intellectual Property Policy.


123. FALSE EVENT BRANDING

An Organizer shall not falsely use another organization’s:

logo;

brand;

temple name;

ashram name;

teacher name;

or Event identity

to imply sponsorship.


124. SPONSORS

Sponsors should be identified accurately where material.


125. FALSE SPONSORSHIP

An Organizer shall not falsely claim sponsorship by:

Daivavarna;

a temple;

government;

university;

business;

spiritual organization;

or another entity.


126. PARTNERS

Event partners and co-organizers should be identified accurately.


127. ORGANIZER AUTHORITY

The person creating the Event Listing must have sufficient authority to act for the represented Organizer.


128. EVENT ORGANIZER IDENTITY

Organizer profile information must be materially accurate.


129. IMPERSONATION

A person shall not create an Event Listing while impersonating:

a temple;

ashram;

teacher;

festival;

business;

venue;

nonprofit;

or Daivavarna.


130. EVENT PERMITS

Organizers are responsible for obtaining permits required by Applicable Law.


131. POSSIBLE PERMITS

Depending upon the Event, permits may concern:

assembly;

food;

alcohol where otherwise permitted;

fire;

tents;

street use;

sound;

parking;

vendors;

health;

temporary structures;

or other activities.


132. NO DAIVAVARNA PERMIT

Daivavarna approval does not constitute governmental Event permission.


133. EVENT INSURANCE

Daivavarna may require or recommend Event liability insurance.


134. REQUIRED INSURANCE

Where insurance is required by law, venue contract, or Daivavarna, the Organizer must maintain it.


135. FALSE INSURANCE CLAIMS

An Organizer shall not falsely claim that an Event is insured.


136. VENDOR INSURANCE

The Organizer may require participating Service Providers or vendors to maintain their own insurance where appropriate.


137. VENUE CONTRACTS

The Organizer remains responsible for compliance with venue agreements.


138. SECURITY DEPOSITS TO VENUES

Venue deposits are principally matters between Organizer and venue unless Daivavarna expressly facilitates them.


139. EVENT SERVICE PROVIDERS

An Organizer may use:

caterers;

decorators;

tailors;

photographers;

musicians;

artists;

priests;

transportation Providers;

security;

cleaning Providers;

accommodation Hosts;

or other contractors.


140. PROVIDER QUALIFICATIONS

The Organizer remains responsible for ensuring that external Providers have licenses or qualifications required for their work.


141. DAIVAVARNA EVENT REQUIREMENTS

Daivavarna may provide functionality allowing an Organizer to post Event Requirements, Services Needed, or similar requests describing Providers or resources needed for an Event.


142. SERVICES NEEDED LISTINGS

An Event Requirements listing may identify needs such as:

catering;

Sattvic food;

tailoring;

garland making;

decorations;

flowers;

photography;

videography;

music;

kirtan;

traditional performers;

arts and crafts;

transportation;

accommodation;

venue;

cleaning;

printing;

signage;

tent rental;

or other approved Services.


143. EVENT REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT JOBS BY DEFAULT

A temporary request for an independent Service Provider does not automatically constitute a Job listing.

However, where the actual relationship is employment, the Organizer must use the Jobs category and comply with applicable employment law.


144. ACCURATE SERVICE NEED

An Organizer posting an Event Requirement must accurately describe:

Service needed;

Event date;

location;

expected scope;

budget or payment structure where disclosed;

qualifications;

and material conditions.


145. NO FAKE SERVICE REQUESTS

Organizers shall not post false Event Requirements merely to collect Provider contact information or generate deceptive leads.


146. SERVICE PROVIDER PROFILES

Approved Service Providers may maintain Daivavarna profiles describing Services relevant to Events.


147. PROVIDER APPROVAL

A Provider responding to an Event Requirement may require approval under the appropriate category before transacting through Daivavarna.


148. MULTIPLE SERVICE CATEGORIES

A single Event may require Providers from several categories.

For example:

a Sattvic food Vendor;

a tailor;

an artist;

a photographer;

an Accommodation Host;

and a Teacher

may each be governed by different Supplemental Terms.


149. ORGANIZER-SELECTION RESPONSIBILITY

The Organizer is responsible for selecting appropriate Providers.

Daivavarna approval does not guarantee that a particular Provider will meet every Organizer preference.


150. PROVIDER QUOTES

Providers may submit quotes or proposals where supported.

Quotes must be made in good faith.


151. ORGANIZER ACCEPTANCE

A Provider quote does not become a confirmed arrangement until accepted according to the applicable Marketplace workflow or agreement.


152. SERVICE CONTRACTS

Organizer and Provider may use additional Service agreements where appropriate.

Such contracts must not override mandatory Daivavarna or legal requirements.


153. SERVICE DISPUTES

Disputes between Event Organizers and Event Service Providers may be governed by the General Services Supplemental Vendor Terms and applicable payment policies.


154. EVENT STAFF

Organizers remain responsible for lawful staffing.


155. EMPLOYEES

Where Event workers are legally employees, the Organizer must comply with employment law.


156. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS

Calling a worker an independent contractor does not override legal worker-classification rules.


157. VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers may participate where lawful.


158. VOLUNTEER WORK

Organizers shall not misuse volunteer classification to evade legally required wages where the arrangement constitutes employment.


159. MINOR VOLUNTEERS

Participation of minors as volunteers must comply with Applicable Law and appropriate child-safety requirements.

Paid admission may be offered where supported.

The ticket Listing must accurately state what the ticket provides.


161. TICKET TYPES

Ticket options may include:

general admission;

reserved seating;

VIP;

family admission;

day passes;

multi-day passes;

student rates;

or other approved structures.


162. FALSE VIP BENEFITS

VIP or premium tickets must provide the material benefits represented.


163. RESERVED SEATING

Where specific seats are sold, the seating arrangement should be honored where reasonably practicable.


164. GENERAL ADMISSION

General-admission tickets should not imply assigned seating where none exists.


165. CAPACITY AND TICKET INVENTORY

Ticket inventory should reasonably correspond to lawful Event capacity.


166. OVERSOLD EVENTS

An Organizer shall not knowingly sell significantly more admissions than can reasonably be honored.


167. FREE EVENTS

Free Events may be listed where approved.

A free Event shall not be deceptively advertised as free where mandatory undisclosed admission charges apply.


168. DONATION-BASED EVENTS

Donation-based Events may be offered where lawful.

A supposedly voluntary donation should not conceal a mandatory admission fee.


169. SUGGESTED DONATIONS

An Organizer may suggest a donation amount where participation is genuinely not conditioned upon paying that amount unless otherwise disclosed.


170. CHARITABLE EVENTS

Claims that Event proceeds support a charity, temple, farm, ashram, community project, or nonprofit must be truthful.


171. FUNDRAISING

Fundraising Events must comply with Applicable Law.


172. CHARITY REGISTRATION

Where charitable solicitation requires registration or authorization, the Organizer remains responsible.


173. USE OF DONATIONS

An Organizer shall not knowingly divert donations contrary to material representations made to Customers.


174. DIRECT-PAYMENT EVENTS

Daivavarna may permit some Organizers to collect Event payments directly from Customers.


175. ORGANIZER RESPONSIBILITY FOR DIRECT PAYMENTS

For Direct-Payment Events, the Organizer remains responsible for:

payment collection;

ticket confirmation;

receipts;

taxes;

refunds;

cancellations;

payment security;

and related obligations.


176. DAIVAVARNA CANNOT DIRECTLY REVERSE EXTERNAL EVENT PAYMENTS

Where a Customer pays the Organizer directly outside Daivavarna’s payment system, Daivavarna generally cannot directly retrieve or reverse those funds.

Daivavarna may nevertheless investigate the Organizer and enforce Marketplace requirements.


177. DAIVAVARNA-PROCESSED EVENT PAYMENTS

Where Daivavarna processes Event admission or registration payments, the Fees and Vendor Payouts Policy applies.


178. EVENT FEES

Daivavarna may establish:

Event listing fees;

Organizer subscriptions;

transaction fees;

payment-processing charges;

or other fees

through the applicable Fee Schedule.


179. NO UNSPECIFIED EVENT COMMISSION

No specific Daivavarna Event commission rate is created merely by these Supplemental Terms.

Applicable fees will be stated in the Fee Schedule, Organizer plan, or transaction terms.


180. PAYMENT-PROCESSING COSTS

Card fees, payment processor charges, foreign-exchange costs, cross-border charges, refund fees, chargebacks, and payout costs may be allocated according to the Fees and Vendor Payouts Policy.


181. EVENT PAYOUT RELEASE

Where Daivavarna processes payment, Organizer proceeds may be subject to an Event-specific release point.

The release point may depend upon:

Event date;

Event commencement;

Event completion;

Customer protection period;

Event risk;

or another disclosed condition.


182. EVENT PAYOUT TERMS TO BE PUBLISHED

Exact Event payout timing will be governed by the Fees and Vendor Payouts Policy, Fee Schedule, Organizer plan, or booking terms.


183. NO ESCROW REPRESENTATION

Daivavarna payment processing shall not be described as legal escrow unless expressly established as such.


184. EVENT REGISTRATION

Registration should accurately collect only information reasonably necessary for the Event and lawful business purposes.


185. ATTENDEE INFORMATION

Organizers may receive:

names;

email addresses;

phone numbers;

age information where relevant;

dietary information;

accessibility requests;

or other Event-related information.

Such information must be handled appropriately.


186. DATA MINIMIZATION

Organizers should not request unnecessary sensitive Personal Information.


187. HEALTH INFORMATION

Where health information is reasonably necessary for a higher-risk activity, the Organizer must protect it appropriately.


188. RELIGIOUS INFORMATION

Participation in certain Events may reveal religious beliefs or practices.

Organizers should handle such information appropriately and consistently with Applicable Law.


189. NO SALE OF ATTENDEE DATA

Organizers shall not sell attendee contact information to unrelated marketers or data brokers.


190. EVENT MARKETING

Use of attendee information for future marketing must comply with Applicable Law.


191. ATTENDEE LISTS

Organizers shall not publicly release attendee lists without an appropriate basis or required permission.


192. BADGES

Event badges should avoid unnecessary exposure of sensitive Personal Information.


193. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Organizers collecting Direct Payments must use appropriate payment-security practices.


194. PAYMENT CARD DETAILS

Organizers should not request complete payment-card details through ordinary Daivavarna messages.


195. TICKET TRANSFER

Daivavarna or the Organizer may establish ticket-transfer rules.

Material transfer restrictions should be disclosed before purchase.


196. RESALE

Event ticket resale may be restricted.

Customers and Organizers must comply with Applicable Law concerning ticket resale.


197. COUNTERFEIT TICKETS

Counterfeit or duplicated Event tickets are prohibited.


198. TICKET SCANNING

Where digital admission is used, the Organizer is responsible for reasonable entry-management procedures.


199. REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

Customers should receive appropriate confirmation of a completed paid registration.


200. WAITLISTS

Waitlists may be used where supported.

Being on a waitlist does not constitute confirmed admission unless clearly stated otherwise.


201. EVENT CANCELLATION BY ORGANIZER

If an Organizer cancels an Event, Customers with qualifying paid Daivavarna-Processed registrations shall ordinarily be entitled to an appropriate refund.


202. DIRECT-PAYMENT CANCELLATIONS

For Direct-Payment Events, the Organizer remains responsible for issuing valid refunds resulting from Organizer cancellation.


203. POSTPONEMENT

An Organizer may postpone an Event where reasonably necessary.


204. MATERIAL POSTPONEMENT

Where a new date materially affects the Customer’s ability to attend, the Customer may be entitled to cancellation or refund treatment according to applicable Event policy and Applicable Law.


205. RESCHEDULED EVENT

A ticket may remain valid for a rescheduled Event where clearly communicated and legally permitted.


206. CUSTOMER CANCELLATION

Customer cancellation rights depend upon:

the Event cancellation policy;

ticket type;

date;

Event characteristics;

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy;

and Applicable Law.


207. EVENT-SPECIFIC CANCELLATION OPTIONS

Daivavarna may establish standardized Event cancellation options.


208. NONREFUNDABLE EVENT TICKETS

Where Daivavarna permits a nonrefundable ticket, that condition must be clearly disclosed before purchase and remains subject to mandatory rights.


209. NO NONREFUNDABILITY FOR ORGANIZER FAILURE

An Organizer cannot rely upon a nonrefundable ticket term to retain payment for an Event the Organizer simply fails to provide.


210. EVENT MATERIAL CHANGE

Material Event changes may affect Customer refund rights.


211. EXAMPLES OF MATERIAL CHANGE

A material change may include:

Event cancellation;

major date change;

major venue relocation;

removal of the principal advertised program;

or another substantial alteration.


212. MINOR SCHEDULE CHANGES

Minor agenda changes do not automatically create a right to full refund.


213. SPEAKER SUBSTITUTION

Whether replacement of a speaker creates refund rights depends upon how central the speaker was to the purchased Event.


214. WEATHER CANCELLATION

Weather-related Event cancellations are governed by the disclosed Event terms, Marketplace Policies, and Applicable Law.


215. FORCE MAJEURE

Natural disasters, government orders, severe weather, public emergencies, venue closure, or other events beyond reasonable control may require cancellation or postponement.


216. FORCE MAJEURE DOES NOT ELIMINATE ALL CUSTOMER RIGHTS

Refund or credit treatment remains subject to Marketplace Policies and Applicable Law.


217. EVENT CREDITS

Daivavarna may permit Event credit instead of cash refund only where lawful and appropriately disclosed or accepted.


218. NO FORCED CREDIT WHERE LAW REQUIRES REFUND

An Organizer shall not require Event credit where Applicable Law requires a monetary refund.


219. PARTIAL EVENT CANCELLATION

Where a multi-day or multi-part Event is only partially cancelled, an appropriate partial remedy may be considered.


220. CUSTOMER NO-SHOW

A Customer who simply fails to attend a properly held Event is not automatically entitled to a refund.


221. LATE ARRIVAL

Late-arriving Customers may be subject to reasonable Event-entry rules.


222. REENTRY

Organizers may establish reasonable reentry policies where clearly communicated.


223. EVENT REMOVAL FOR MISCONDUCT

An attendee may be removed for serious misconduct where lawful.


224. ATTENDEE MISCONDUCT

Examples may include:

violence;

threats;

harassment;

theft;

serious disruption;

illegal activity;

or deliberate violation of important safety rules.


225. REFUND AFTER REMOVAL

An attendee removed for serious misconduct may not be entitled to a refund, subject to Applicable Law and the circumstances.


226. ORGANIZER MISCONDUCT

Organizers remain subject to Daivavarna’s conduct requirements.


227. HARASSMENT

Harassment, threats, intimidation, or abusive conduct toward attendees is prohibited.


228. SEXUAL MISCONDUCT

Sexual harassment, assault, coercion, or exploitation associated with an Event is prohibited.


229. DISCRIMINATION

Organizers must comply with Applicable Law concerning unlawful discrimination.


230. TRADITIONAL OR RELIGIOUS CHARACTER

An Organizer may accurately describe an Event as:

devotional;

Vedic;

Hindu;

traditional;

temple-based;

ashram-based;

vegetarian;

Sattvic;

or another relevant cultural or religious format.

Such description does not authorize unlawful discriminatory conduct.


231. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Material religious, cultural, dress, dietary, age, or behavioral participation requirements should be disclosed before registration.


232. DRESS CODES

Temples or traditional Events may establish lawful and reasonable dress expectations.


233. SHOE REMOVAL

Traditional venue practices such as removing shoes may be disclosed.


234. SEATING PRACTICES

Traditional seating, floor seating, gender-separated seating where lawful, or other arrangements should be disclosed where materially different from ordinary Customer expectations.


235. FLOOR SEATING

Where prolonged floor seating is expected, disclosure may assist Customers with accessibility needs.


236. RELIGIOUS PARTICIPATION

Where ritual or devotional participation is optional, Customers should not be falsely told it is mandatory.


237. INITIATION OR RESTRICTED CEREMONIES

Events involving initiation, restricted ceremonies, or lineage-specific practices may require additional review.


238. FALSE SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY

Organizers shall not fabricate spiritual authority or initiation rights.


239. FEAR-BASED SELLING

Organizers shall not use fabricated curses, spiritual threats, or catastrophic claims to sell Event admission, rituals, Products, or donations.


240. EVENT PRODUCT SALES

Products sold at an Event through Daivavarna must comply with applicable Product-category requirements.


241. MARKETPLACE VENDORS AT EVENTS

Daivavarna may allow approved Vendors to participate in fairs, festivals, markets, or exhibitions.


242. VENDOR BOOTHS

The Organizer should accurately disclose booth fees, space, utilities, included furniture, and material participation conditions.


243. EVENT VENDOR FEES

Event-vendor participation fees must not contain substantial undisclosed mandatory charges.


244. VENDOR SELECTION

An Organizer may select participating Vendors according to legitimate Event criteria.


245. NO GUARANTEED SALES

An Organizer shall not guarantee Vendor sales, revenue, Customer traffic, or commercial success without an appropriate basis.


246. ATTENDANCE ESTIMATES

Estimated attendance should not be fabricated to induce Vendor participation.


247. SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

Event sponsorship may be offered where accurately described.


248. SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS

Advertised sponsor benefits should be provided as represented.


249. NO FALSE ATTENDANCE METRICS

An Organizer shall not materially inflate previous attendance, online reach, mailing lists, or Event popularity.


250. BOOTH ELECTRICITY

Where booth electricity is offered, availability and electrical capacity should be accurately represented.


251. FOOD VENDOR BOOTHS

Food Vendors remain responsible for food permits, sanitation, and applicable Sattvic Foods requirements.


252. FIRE-USE VENDORS

Vendors using cooking flame, incense, candles, or other fire may require additional venue authorization.


253. EVENT MERCHANDISE

Official Event merchandise must comply with applicable Product and intellectual-property requirements.


254. COUNTERFEIT EVENT MERCHANDISE

Counterfeit merchandise is prohibited.


255. CHARITY MERCHANDISE

Claims that merchandise proceeds benefit a charity or temple must be truthful.


256. ACCOMMODATION CONNECTED TO EVENTS

Event Organizers may recommend or offer Accommodation where separately authorized.


257. BUNDLED EVENT AND ACCOMMODATION

Where admission and Accommodation are bundled, the Listing must clearly identify what is included.


258. ACCOMMODATION STANDARDS REMAIN

Accommodation provided through an Event remains subject to applicable Accommodation requirements.


259. TRANSPORTATION

Organizers may arrange transportation where lawful.


260. COMMERCIAL PASSENGER TRANSPORT

Regulated transportation requires appropriate licensing, insurance, and vehicle safety.


261. SHUTTLES

Event shuttles should be operated lawfully and safely.


262. PARKING

Parking availability and fees should be accurately disclosed.


263. TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT

Large Events should plan traffic and pedestrian flow where reasonably necessary.


264. PILGRIMAGE EVENTS

Group pilgrimages may require transportation, accommodation, Event, and other approvals depending upon the structure.


265. INTERNATIONAL EVENTS

Organizers hosting international Customers remain responsible for laws applicable to the Event jurisdiction.


266. VISA CLAIMS

An Event Organizer shall not guarantee that attendance will result in:

visa approval;

entry permission;

immigration status;

or travel authorization.


267. INVITATION LETTERS

Legitimate Event invitation letters may be provided where appropriate.

Fraudulent immigration documents are prohibited.


268. TRAVEL EXPENSES

Unless expressly included, Customers remain responsible for their own:

transportation;

visa;

lodging;

insurance;

and travel costs.


269. EVENT CANCELLATION AND TRAVEL COSTS

Responsibility for independent Customer travel expenses following Event cancellation depends upon Applicable Law and the specific agreement.

Daivavarna does not automatically guarantee reimbursement of external travel costs.


270. EVENT INSURANCE FOR CUSTOMERS

Customers may independently obtain travel or Event insurance where available.

Daivavarna does not provide such insurance unless expressly stated.


271. ORGANIZER LIABILITY INSURANCE

Organizers may be required to maintain appropriate insurance.


272. EVENT WAIVERS

Organizers may use lawful waivers where appropriate.


273. WAIVERS CANNOT ELIMINATE NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS

A waiver shall not eliminate liability or Customer rights that Applicable Law does not permit to be waived.


274. HIGHER-RISK ACTIVITIES

Events involving:

physical exercise;

farm equipment;

animals;

water;

fire;

construction;

outdoor adventure;

or another increased risk

may require additional approval.


275. PROHIBITED HIGH-RISK ACTIVITIES

Daivavarna may decline activities whose risk cannot reasonably be managed.


276. WEAPON ACTIVITIES

Weapons-related Events, training, sales, or demonstrations may be prohibited under Marketplace rules.


277. FIREWORKS AND EXPLOSIVES

Events involving fireworks, explosives, or similar hazardous activities may be prohibited or require specialized governmental approvals beyond Daivavarna’s supported scope.


278. INTOXICANT-CENTERED EVENTS

Events principally centered on prohibited recreational drugs or intoxicants may be excluded.


279. GAMBLING

Events involving unlawful or prohibited gambling activity are not permitted.


280. ADULT SEXUAL EVENTS

Events involving prohibited adult sexual commercial activity are not permitted.


281. EXTREMIST OR VIOLENT ACTIVITY

Events organized for prohibited extremist, terrorist, or violent illegal activity are prohibited.


282. HUMAN TRAFFICKING

Events shall not facilitate human trafficking, forced labor, sexual exploitation, or similar abuse.


283. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY

An Event whose principal purpose is illegal activity is prohibited.


284. COMMUNITY SAFETY

Daivavarna may remove Events presenting a substantial risk to Customers or the broader community.


285. EVENT REVIEWS

Customers may review Events under the Reviews and Community Content Policy.


286. REVIEW MANIPULATION

Organizers shall not:

buy reviews;

create fake attendees;

review their own Events;

condition valid refunds on positive reviews;

or threaten Customers regarding reviews.


287. EVENT PROVIDER REVIEWS

Service Providers participating in an Event may be reviewed according to applicable Marketplace functionality.


288. NEGATIVE REVIEWS

An Event is not entitled to removal of a legitimate review merely because the Organizer disagrees with the Customer.


289. ORGANIZER RESPONSES

Organizers may respond professionally to reviews without publicly exposing unnecessary private Customer information.


290. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

Daivavarna may investigate complaints concerning:

Event cancellation;

fraud;

unsafe conditions;

misrepresentation;

harassment;

hidden fees;

ticketing problems;

privacy violations;

or other material concerns.


291. ORGANIZER COOPERATION

Organizers must reasonably cooperate with legitimate Marketplace investigations.


292. EVIDENCE

Daivavarna may consider:

Event Listings;

tickets;

messages;

venue contracts;

photographs;

video;

attendance records;

payment records;

Customer statements;

or other relevant evidence.


293. SAFETY INCIDENT REPORTING

Organizers should promptly report serious Event safety incidents to Daivavarna where reasonably relevant to Marketplace safety or required by policy.


294. GOVERNMENT ACTION

An Organizer must comply with valid:

closure orders;

permit suspensions;

capacity restrictions;

health orders;

or other governmental requirements.


295. EVENT SUSPENSION

Daivavarna may temporarily suspend an Event where credible concerns exist concerning:

safety;

fraud;

legality;

Organizer authority;

or another substantial issue.


296. TEMPORARY SUSPENSION IS NOT FINAL DETERMINATION

Temporary removal during investigation does not necessarily establish wrongdoing.


297. MARKETPLACE ENFORCEMENT

Failure to comply with these Supplemental Terms may result in:

Listing correction;

Event rejection;

Event suspension;

ticket-sale suspension;

documentation requests;

payment holds;

Customer refunds;

loss of Events category approval;

Organizer suspension;

or termination.


298. IMMEDIATE ACTION

Daivavarna may take immediate action where credible evidence indicates:

a nonexistent Event;

serious safety hazards;

sexual exploitation;

child abuse;

human trafficking;

violent threats;

major fraud;

forged permits;

or another substantial risk.


299. FRAUDULENT EVENTS

Fake Events created principally to collect registrations or payments for gatherings that the Organizer never reasonably intended to conduct are prohibited.


300. EVENT PAYMENT FRAUD

Events shall not be used to:

launder money;

transfer unrelated funds;

manufacture transaction history;

or otherwise abuse Marketplace payments.


301. SHAM REGISTRATIONS

Fake Customer registrations created to manipulate reviews, rankings, popularity, or revenue are prohibited.


302. FALSE SOLD-OUT CLAIMS

An Organizer shall not falsely claim an Event is nearly sold out or has limited tickets solely to create deceptive urgency.


303. COUNTDOWN TIMERS

Promotional deadlines and countdowns must reflect genuine Event conditions where presented as factual.


304. EARLY-BIRD PRICING

Early-bird discounts must use genuine pricing and deadlines.


305. GROUP PRICING

Group or family pricing must be clearly described.


306. CHILD PRICING

Age-based ticket categories should accurately state eligibility.


307. STUDENT PRICING

Student discounts may require reasonable proof where stated.


308. MEMBERSHIP PRICING

Member or community discounts may be offered where lawfully and accurately administered.


309. EVENT TAXES

Organizers remain responsible for Event-related taxes except where Daivavarna is legally required to collect, remit, or withhold them.


310. TICKET TAXES

Applicable sales, entertainment, admissions, value-added, or similar taxes may apply.


311. RECEIPTS

Organizers must issue receipts or invoices where required by Applicable Law.


312. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION

Organizers should reasonably communicate important information before the Event.


313. MATERIAL UPDATES

Registered Customers should receive reasonable notice of material:

date;

time;

venue;

schedule;

or access changes.


314. EVENT REMINDERS

Daivavarna or the Organizer may send appropriate Event reminders subject to applicable communication and privacy rules.


315. EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION

Organizers should have a reasonable method to communicate urgent Event changes where appropriate.


316. ONLINE EVENT LINKS

Private online Event access links should be protected reasonably.


317. SHARING EVENT ACCESS

Customers shall not unlawfully redistribute paid private Event access credentials.


318. ONLINE PLATFORM FAILURE

Where an online Event cannot be delivered because of Organizer-controlled technical failure, an appropriate remedy may be required.


319. CUSTOMER TECHNICAL FAILURE

A Customer’s own device or internet failure does not automatically require a refund where the Event was properly accessible.


320. RECORDED REPLAY

Where a replay is included, the access period should be accurately described.


321. DIGITAL ACCESS EXPIRATION

Time-limited access must be disclosed where material.


322. ONLINE EVENT RECORDINGS

Recorded Event content remains subject to intellectual-property and participant-consent requirements.


323. EVENT MATERIALS

The Listing should identify whether Customers receive:

books;

PDFs;

recordings;

meals;

kits;

merchandise;

or other material items.


324. REQUIRED CUSTOMER MATERIALS

If Customers must bring or purchase particular items, this should be disclosed where material.


325. EVENT PRODUCTS

Physical Products supplied with admission remain subject to applicable Product requirements.


326. CUSTOM EVENT MERCHANDISE

Personalized Event items may be subject to special return rules.


327. LOST AND FOUND

Organizers should handle attendee property left at an Event reasonably.


328. UNCLAIMED PROPERTY

Disposition of unclaimed property must comply with Applicable Law.


329. THEFT REPORTS

Serious theft reports should be handled appropriately.

Daivavarna does not automatically insure Customer property.


330. CLOAKROOM OR STORAGE

Where paid storage or coat-check Services are offered, the Organizer should clearly disclose relevant conditions.


331. EVENT ACCOMMODATION OF BELONGINGS

Organizers are not automatically liable as insurers of all attendee possessions.

Responsibility depends upon Applicable Law and circumstances.


332. EVENT STAFF CONDUCT

Organizers remain responsible for reasonable supervision of Event staff.


333. CONTRACTOR CONDUCT

Use of contractors does not eliminate Organizer responsibility for reasonable Event management.


334. SERVICE PROVIDER MISCONDUCT

Daivavarna may separately investigate an approved Provider who commits Marketplace misconduct while working at an Event.


335. STAFF IDENTIFICATION

Large Events may use reasonable identification for staff or volunteers.


336. FALSE STAFF IDENTITY

A person shall not falsely represent themselves as Event staff, security, clergy, or Daivavarna personnel.


337. CASH COLLECTION

Cash admission or donations may be permitted where lawful.

The Organizer remains responsible for appropriate accounting and security.


338. CASH DONATION FRAUD

Organizers shall not falsely represent cash collections as charitable donations.


339. PRIEST OR RITUAL SERVICES

Events involving priests or ritual Providers may require appropriate Service qualification or separate Marketplace review.


340. FALSE PRIESTLY QUALIFICATIONS

An Organizer shall not knowingly advertise an unqualified person under a materially false religious title.


341. RITUAL FEES

Mandatory ritual or participation fees should be disclosed before purchase where reasonably practicable.


342. OPTIONAL OFFERINGS

Voluntary offerings or dakshina should not be falsely represented as mandatory if they are genuinely voluntary.


343. SPIRITUAL OUTCOME CLAIMS

An Organizer shall not guarantee that attendance will produce:

wealth;

marriage;

healing;

removal of karma;

spiritual liberation;

or another assured result.


344. CULTURAL AUTHENTICITY CLAIMS

Claims that an Event follows a specific tradition, lineage, region, temple, or cultural practice must have a reasonable factual basis.


345. TRADITIONAL DRESS OR GOODS

Products sold or rented for an Event remain subject to applicable Clothing, Arts & Crafts, or other Product standards.


346. RENTALS

Event-related rentals may constitute Services and may require appropriate approval.


347. DECORATION SERVICES

Decorators responding to Event Requirements should comply with General Services and applicable Product-safety requirements.


348. FLORAL SERVICES

349. GARLAND SERVICES

Garland-making Services may be offered by approved Providers.

Claims concerning materials or sacred use must be accurate.


350. EVENT TAILORING

Custom event or wedding clothing Services remain subject to General Services and Clothing requirements where applicable.


351. EVENT PRINTING

Invitation, signage, booklet, or program printing Services must comply with intellectual-property requirements.


352. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED DESIGNS

Organizers and Providers must not knowingly reproduce infringing designs merely because they were supplied by a Customer.


353. EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY RIGHTS

The Organizer’s contract with a photographer should address usage rights where material.


354. EVENT VIDEO RIGHTS

Commercial video production may involve rights belonging to:

Organizer;

performers;

speakers;

attendees;

musicians;

and other parties.


355. NO AUTOMATIC OWNERSHIP

Hiring a photographer or videographer does not automatically transfer every intellectual-property right unless applicable law or agreement provides so.


356. EVENT PROGRAM CONTENT

Organizers are responsible for the content they publish in Event schedules or promotional materials.


357. FALSE BIOGRAPHIES

Speaker or performer biographies must not be knowingly fabricated.


358. AWARDS AND RECOGNITION

Claims concerning Event awards, attendance records, historical significance, or institutional recognition must have a reasonable basis.


359. “OFFICIAL” EVENT CLAIMS

Terms such as:

official;

authorized;

annual temple festival;

institutional Event;

or recognized gathering

must be used accurately.


360. ANNUAL EVENT CLAIMS

A newly created Event shall not be falsely represented as a long-running annual tradition.


361. ATTENDANCE HISTORY

Past attendance figures must not be fabricated.


362. MEDIA COVERAGE

An Organizer shall not falsely claim media coverage or endorsements.


363. GOVERNMENT SUPPORT

An Event shall not falsely claim government sponsorship or recognition.


364. DAIVAVARNA APPROVAL

An Organizer may accurately state that an Event is listed on Daivavarna where applicable.

The Organizer shall not imply that Daivavarna sponsors, organizes, guarantees, or endorses the Event unless expressly stated.


365. NO DAIVAVARNA EVENT OPERATION

Unless expressly identified as a Daivavarna-organized Event, Daivavarna does not operate the Event merely because the Event is listed on the Marketplace.


366. ORGANIZER RESPONSIBILITY REMAINS PRIMARY

The Organizer remains primarily responsible for:

venue;

safety;

staffing;

permits;

contractors;

customers;

Event performance;

and legal compliance.


367. NO EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP WITH DAIVAVARNA

Marketplace participation does not create employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship with Daivavarna except where expressly agreed.


368. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers remain responsible for:

reviewing Event details;

arriving appropriately;

following lawful safety rules;

supervising children where required;

and complying with Applicable Law.


369. EVENT RISK DISCLOSURES

Customers should review disclosures concerning physical, environmental, dietary, religious, or other material Event conditions.


370. CUSTOMER ASSUMPTION OF ORDINARY CONDITIONS

Attendees at farms, outdoor Events, temples, festivals, or other traditional settings may encounter ordinary conditions reasonably disclosed by the Organizer.

This does not excuse serious undisclosed safety hazards.


371. CUSTOMER FRAUD

Customers shall not submit false refund, safety, or nonattendance claims.


372. CHARGEBACK ABUSE

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in Marketplace action.


373. DIRECT-PAYMENT DISPUTES

Daivavarna may mediate or investigate Direct-Payment Event disputes but generally cannot reverse external payments.


374. DAIVAVARNA-PROCESSED DISPUTES

For Daivavarna-Processed Event transactions, Daivavarna may issue appropriate refunds or adjustments under Marketplace Policies.


375. PAYMENT HOLDS

Daivavarna may hold Organizer proceeds where permitted because of:

cancellation risk;

fraud;

chargebacks;

Event disputes;

safety concerns;

or another legitimate Marketplace risk.


376. RESERVES

Daivavarna may maintain reserves for Event transactions where permitted under the Fees and Vendor Payouts Policy.


377. NEGATIVE BALANCES

Qualifying refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments may create an amount owed by the Organizer.


378. ORGANIZER RECORDS

Organizers should maintain reasonable records concerning:

tickets;

attendees;

vendors;

contracts;

payments;

refunds;

permits;

and significant Event incidents.


379. EVENT SAFETY RECORDS

Higher-risk Events may require additional documentation.


380. DOCUMENTATION DAIVAVARNA MAY REQUEST

Daivavarna may request:

venue agreements;

permits;

insurance;

Organizer authorization;

speaker confirmation;

safety plans;

ticketing records;

contracts;

food permits;

or other reasonable evidence.


381. FALSE DOCUMENTATION

Forged permits, fabricated venue agreements, fake insurance certificates, false speaker confirmations, or other fraudulent Event documentation are prohibited.


382. EVENT INCIDENTS

Serious incidents may require:

Customer communication;

government reporting;

insurance notification;

or other action.

The Organizer remains responsible for Applicable Law.


383. CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION AFTER A SERIOUS INCIDENT

Where necessary, Organizers and Daivavarna may communicate safety information to affected attendees.


384. RECALLS OF PRODUCTS DISTRIBUTED AT EVENTS

Products distributed at Events remain subject to the Product Safety and Recall Policy where applicable.


385. FOOD SAFETY INCIDENTS

Foodborne illness or contamination reports should be handled promptly.


386. LOST OR MISSING PERSON INCIDENTS

Organizers should cooperate appropriately with authorities where a serious missing-person or child-safety issue occurs.


387. LAW ENFORCEMENT

Daivavarna or the Organizer may cooperate with valid law-enforcement requests where required by Applicable Law.


388. MARKETPLACE RECLASSIFICATION

Daivavarna may determine that a Listing belongs principally in:

Classes;

Services;

Accommodations;

Jobs;

or another category

rather than Events.


389. CROSS-CATEGORY APPROVAL

Organizers may need multiple approvals.

For example, a retreat Organizer may need:

Events approval;

Accommodation approval;

Classes approval;

food approval;

and Practitioner approvals.


390. EVENT APPROVAL DOES NOT AUTHORIZE PRODUCTS

Events approval does not automatically permit sale of Products through Daivavarna.


391. EVENT APPROVAL DOES NOT AUTHORIZE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Events approval does not automatically authorize:

Ayurveda consultations;

Astrology consultations;

regulated professional Services;

or teaching.


392. EVENT APPROVAL DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ACCOMMODATION

Providing overnight stays may require Accommodation approval.


393. EVENT APPROVAL DOES NOT AUTHORIZE EMPLOYMENT LISTINGS

Recruiting permanent or temporary employees may require Jobs approval.


394. EVENT REQUIREMENTS VERSUS JOBS

A request for a genuine independent Event contractor may remain within Event Requirements or Services.

A relationship that legally constitutes employment must comply with employment law and Jobs requirements.


395. EVENT REQUIREMENTS VERSUS PRODUCTS

An Organizer seeking to purchase physical Products may use applicable Marketplace Product functionality rather than misclassifying the transaction as a Service where appropriate.


396. MARKETPLACE DEVELOPMENT

Daivavarna may develop additional Event functionality such as:

ticketing;

Event calendars;

Organizer profiles;

Provider matching;

Event Requirements;

volunteer coordination;

vendor booths;

sponsorship;

waitlists;

check-in;

or attendee communication.


397. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL TERMS

New Event features may be governed by additional displayed terms.


398. MARKETPLACE STANDARDS MAY EVOLVE

Daivavarna may create more specific standards for:

temple Events;

retreats;

weddings;

farm Events;

large festivals;

children’s Events;

online Events;

or other Event types.


399. CHANGES TO THESE SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS

Daivavarna may update these Events Supplemental Vendor Terms as Marketplace functionality, Event safety standards, payment systems, Service-provider matching, legal requirements, or operational experience evolves.

Material changes may require Organizer reacceptance.


400. CATEGORY TERMS VERSIONING

Daivavarna may maintain an electronic record identifying:

Organizer identity;

Events category;

Category Terms Version;

acceptance date and time;

and other reasonable acceptance information.

Acceptance of Version 1.0 does not automatically constitute acceptance of a later materially revised version.


401. REACCEPTANCE AFTER MATERIAL CHANGES

Where these Supplemental Terms are materially revised, Daivavarna may require the Organizer to review and accept the updated version before:

creating Events;

editing Events;

selling registrations;

posting Event Requirements;

or continuing to organize Events through Daivavarna.


402. RELATIONSHIP TO EVENT REQUIREMENTS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

Event Requirements and Services Needed functionality supplements rather than replaces the requirements applicable to each Service Provider.

A Provider responding to an Event Requirement remains subject to the Provider’s own relevant Supplemental Category Terms.


403. RELATIONSHIP TO FEES AND VENDOR PAYOUTS POLICY

Event Organizers must comply with the payment model applicable to their Event.

This may include:

Direct Payment;

Daivavarna-Processed Payment;

Event listing fees;

Organizer subscriptions;

transaction fees;

payment-processing costs;

refund adjustments;

reserves;

payout timing;

or other disclosed financial terms.


404. RELATIONSHIP TO RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Event cancellation, postponement, nonperformance, Customer cancellation, Organizer cancellation, and refund eligibility are governed by the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy together with Event-specific rules displayed before purchase.


405. RELATIONSHIP TO GENERAL VENDOR TERMS

These Supplemental Terms supplement rather than replace the General Vendor Terms and Seller Agreement.

The Organizer must comply with both.

Where these Supplemental Terms establish a more specific Event requirement, the more specific requirement ordinarily governs the category-specific matter unless Applicable Law or another expressly controlling Marketplace rule provides otherwise.

Questions concerning Event approval, Event Requirements, Service Providers, ticketing, safety, cancellation, Direct Payment, Daivavarna-Processed payment, or Events category requirements should be submitted before publication where the Organizer is uncertain.

407. EVENT ORGANIZER CATEGORY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By accepting these Events Supplemental Vendor Terms, the Organizer confirms that the Organizer has reviewed and understands the Event, venue, safety, payment, ticketing, privacy, Service-provider, Customer-protection, and Marketplace requirements applicable to Events offered through Daivavarna.

The Organizer represents that material information concerning the Organizer’s identity, organization, Event purpose, venue, Event date, time, schedule, speakers, performers, admission, activities, and affiliations is materially accurate.

The Organizer agrees to obtain any venue permissions, Event permits, business registrations, insurance, fire approvals, food authorizations, occupancy approvals, or other governmental or contractual permissions required by Applicable Law.

The Organizer acknowledges that Daivavarna Marketplace approval does not constitute governmental Event approval, venue certification, safety inspection, or a guarantee that an Event complies with every applicable local requirement.

The Organizer agrees to maintain reasonable safety appropriate to the Event, including lawful venue capacity, emergency access, fire safety, temporary structures, food safety, crowd management, child safety, electrical safety, and other measures relevant to the activities offered.

The Organizer agrees not to advertise nonexistent Events, knowingly oversell Event capacity, fabricate speakers or performers, falsely claim temple, ashram, venue, governmental, charitable, or Daivavarna sponsorship, or impose substantial mandatory charges that were not appropriately disclosed.

The Organizer understands that Daivavarna may provide Event Requirements / Services Needed functionality through which Organizers can seek approved Providers such as caterers, tailors, decorators, photographers, artists, musicians, Accommodation Hosts, and other Providers.

The Organizer acknowledges that each Provider remains subject to the appropriate Daivavarna category requirements and that the Organizer remains responsible for selecting suitable Providers and complying with employment or contractor-classification laws.

The Organizer understands that Daivavarna may support both Direct-Payment Events and Daivavarna-Processed Event payments.

Where Customers pay the Organizer directly, the Organizer remains responsible for collection, confirmation, valid refunds, receipts, taxes, payment security, and Event cancellation obligations, and Daivavarna generally cannot directly retrieve funds paid outside its payment system.

Where Daivavarna processes Event payments, the Organizer agrees to comply with the Fees and Vendor Payouts Policy, including applicable payment-processing costs, payout-release requirements, reserves, holds, refunds, chargebacks, and adjustments.

The Organizer understands that exact Event commissions, subscription fees, listing fees, transaction fees, and payout-release timing will be established through the applicable Fee Schedule, Organizer plan, Event terms, or Fees and Vendor Payouts Policy and are not fixed merely by these Supplemental Terms.

The Organizer agrees to communicate material Event cancellations, postponements, venue changes, or other significant changes promptly and understands that qualifying Customer refunds may be required when an Event is cancelled, materially changed, or not provided as purchased.

The Organizer agrees to protect attendee Personal Information, use lawful recording practices, obtain required permissions for identifiable attendee recordings, and comply with intellectual-property requirements applicable to speakers, performers, music, photographs, videos, and Event materials.

The Organizer acknowledges that Events approval does not automatically authorize the Organizer to provide Products, Classes, Accommodation, Ayurveda Services, Astrology Services, regulated professional Services, transportation, or Jobs and that additional category approval may be required.

The Organizer understands that Daivavarna may investigate serious complaints, request documentation, suspend Event registrations, hold qualifying Daivavarna-Processed funds, issue qualifying refunds, remove Events, restrict Organizer access, or take other reasonable Marketplace action.

The Organizer agrees to comply with these Supplemental Terms, the General Vendor Terms and Seller Agreement, Marketplace Policies, Fees and Vendor Payouts Policy, Privacy requirements, and Applicable Law for so long as the Organizer offers Events through Daivavarna.
