These Accommodations Supplemental Vendor Terms apply to Hosts, property owners, lawful tenants where subletting is permitted, temples, ashrams, farms, guesthouses, retreat centers, devotional households, lodging businesses, organizations, property managers, and other approved Providers who offer temporary lodging or related accommodation Services through Daivavarna.

Daivavarna’s Accommodations category is intended to help Customers discover suitable lodging connected with Daivavarna’s traditional, devotional, cultural, natural-living, farm, pilgrimage, community, retreat, and related Marketplace purposes.

Subject to approval, eligible Accommodations may include:

private rooms;

shared rooms;

guest rooms;

entire homes;

devotional households;

temple guest facilities;

ashram guest facilities;

farm stays;

traditional homestays;

guesthouses;

retreat lodging;

pilgrimage lodging;

cottages;

cabins where lawful;

and other approved temporary accommodations.

Daivavarna is not intended to operate as an unrestricted lodging marketplace containing every type of hotel, rental, residence, or commercial property. Daivavarna may curate participating Accommodations according to Marketplace purpose, safety, legality, character, location, Host standards, and Customer expectations.

Hosts remain solely responsible for ensuring that their Accommodation may lawfully be offered to guests and that all required licenses, permits, registrations, taxes, zoning permissions, lease permissions, homeowner or condominium approvals, insurance, safety requirements, and other legal obligations are satisfied.

Daivavarna may support different transaction models. Some Accommodation Listings may allow Customers to contact and book with the Host directly, with payment made directly to the Host. Other Listings may use Daivavarna-assisted booking or payment functionality where available.

The applicable booking and payment model must be accurately disclosed.

These Supplemental Terms supplement the General Vendor Terms and Seller Agreement, Marketplace Policies, Fees and Vendor Payouts Policy, Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Reviews and Community Content Policy, Prohibited and Restricted Products, Services and Activities Policy, and other applicable Daivavarna requirements.

Nothing in these Supplemental Terms authorizes an Accommodation or booking arrangement prohibited by Applicable Law.

1. HOST APPROVAL REQUIRED

A Host must receive Daivavarna approval before offering Accommodation through the Marketplace.

General Vendor approval does not automatically authorize Accommodation Listings.

Daivavarna may request information concerning:

Host identity;

property address;

ownership or authority;

property type;

photos;

licenses;

permits;

insurance;

occupancy;

amenities;

safety equipment;

2. PROPERTY-LEVEL APPROVAL

Daivavarna may approve Accommodation properties individually.

Approval of one property does not automatically authorize the Host to list another property.

3. CONTINUING ELIGIBILITY

Accommodation approval is conditional and continuing.

Daivavarna may review a Host or property where:

ownership or authority changes;

the property materially changes;

licenses expire;

7. CONDOMINIUM AND HOMEOWNER RULES

Hosts remain responsible for condominium, cooperative, homeowners’ association, community, or building rules affecting Accommodation activity.

8. ZONING

The Host must comply with applicable zoning and land-use restrictions.

A property lawful as a residence is not automatically lawful for short-term lodging.

permit;

license;

registration;

inspection;

occupancy authorization;

tax registration;

The Host agrees not to use undisclosed cameras or recording devices in bedrooms, bathrooms, changing areas, or other areas where guests reasonably expect privacy and agrees to comply with all applicable surveillance and recording laws.

The Host understands that Daivavarna may support both Direct Booking / Direct Payment and Daivavarna-Assisted Booking or Payment models.

Where the Customer pays the Host directly, the Host remains responsible for collecting payment, confirming the reservation, handling lawful cancellations and refunds, collecting or returning security deposits, issuing receipts where required, paying applicable taxes, and resolving external payment matters. Daivavarna generally cannot directly retrieve funds paid outside its system.

Where Daivavarna processes payment, the Host agrees to comply with the Fees and Vendor Payouts Policy, including applicable booking, payout-release, refund, payment-processing, reserve, chargeback, and adjustment requirements.

The Host understands that exact Daivavarna Accommodation fees, commissions, subscription charges, or payout-release timing will be governed by the applicable Fee Schedule, Host plan, booking terms, or Fees and Vendor Payouts Policy and are not established merely by these Supplemental Terms.

The Host agrees not to knowingly overbook, double-book, list nonexistent properties, use misleading property photographs, conceal materially shared Accommodation, fabricate temple, ashram, farm, or community affiliations, or impose substantial undisclosed mandatory charges.

The Host acknowledges that Accommodation approval does not automatically authorize the Host to provide Events, Classes, Ayurveda Services, Astrology Services, food sales, farm Product sales, transportation, employment, or other separately regulated or separately approved Marketplace activities.

The Host understands that Daivavarna may investigate serious Customer complaints, request documentation, temporarily suspend a property, restrict bookings, issue qualifying refunds for Daivavarna-Processed Transactions, remove Accommodation approval, or take other reasonable Marketplace action.

The Host agrees to comply with these Supplemental Terms, the General Vendor Terms and Seller Agreement, Marketplace Policies, Fees and Vendor Payouts Policy, Privacy requirements, and Applicable Law for so long as the Host offers Accommodations through Daivavarna.
