About This Policy

This Reviews and Community Content Policy governs reviews, ratings, photographs, videos, comments, questions, answers, Vendor responses, testimonials, community posts, and other user-generated content submitted, displayed, or shared through Daivavarna.

Daivavarna intends reviews and Community Content to help Customers, Vendors, Service Providers, Teachers, Hosts, Event Organizers, Employers, and other Marketplace participants make informed decisions based upon genuine experiences and useful information.

Reviews do not need to be positive. A Vendor’s disagreement with a Customer’s opinion, criticism, rating, or description of a genuine experience does not by itself justify removal.

At the same time, Daivavarna prohibits fabricated reviews, review manipulation, harassment, threats, extortion, unlawful content, privacy violations, undisclosed conflicts of interest, and other conduct that undermines the integrity of the Marketplace.

Daivavarna may moderate Community Content through human review, automated systems, or a combination of methods.

Nothing in this Policy requires Daivavarna to verify the truth of every statement before publication or limits any legal right that cannot lawfully be waived.

1. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY

1.1 Covered Content

This Policy applies to Community Content submitted through Daivavarna, including:

reviews;

star ratings;

written comments;

Customer photographs;

Customer videos;

questions and answers;

Vendor responses;

Service reviews;

Class reviews;

Accommodation reviews;

Event reviews;

community discussions;

testimonials;

and other user-generated material.

1.2 Users Covered

This Policy applies to Customers, Vendors, Service Providers, practitioners, Teachers, Hosts, Event Organizers, Employers, Applicants, and other users who submit or interact with Community Content.

1.3 Other Policies

Community Content may also be subject to the Intellectual Property Policy, Privacy Policy, Customer Terms, General Vendor Terms and Seller Agreement, Prohibited and Restricted Products, Services and Activities Policy, and Applicable Law.

2. GENUINE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

2.1 Genuine Marketplace Experiences

Reviews should reflect a genuine experience concerning the Product, Vendor, Service, Class, Accommodation, Event, or other Marketplace activity being reviewed.

2.2 Relevant Experience

A review should reasonably relate to the subject of the review.

A review should not primarily address unrelated political, personal, commercial, or other matters that have no meaningful connection to the Marketplace experience.

2.3 Transaction Verification

Where supported, Daivavarna may identify reviews associated with verified Marketplace transactions.

A verified-purchase designation does not mean that Daivavarna has independently confirmed every statement contained in the review.

3. HONEST OPINIONS

Customers may express genuine opinions concerning matters such as:

Product quality;

value;

appearance;

materials;

accuracy of description;

shipping;

packaging;

communication;

Vendor conduct;

Service quality;

Teacher performance;

Accommodation experience;

Event organization;

or other relevant aspects of a Marketplace transaction.

A negative opinion does not violate this Policy merely because the Vendor disagrees with it or considers it unfair.

4. FACTUAL STATEMENTS

Users should make reasonable efforts to ensure that factual statements included in reviews or Community Content are accurate.

Knowingly fabricated factual allegations are prohibited.

Daivavarna may distinguish between:

a statement of personal opinion;

a description of personal experience;

and an objectively verifiable factual allegation.

5. FALSE AND FABRICATED REVIEWS

Fabricated reviews are prohibited.

A user shall not submit a review for a transaction or experience that did not actually occur merely to influence another person’s reputation, rating, sales, ranking, or Marketplace visibility.

6. SELF-REVIEWS

Vendors, Providers, Hosts, Teachers, Organizers, Employers, or other Marketplace participants shall not submit reviews of their own Products or Services while pretending to be independent Customers.

This includes use of alternate accounts, family accounts, employee accounts, or other accounts intended to conceal the reviewer’s relationship to the offering.

7. INSIDER REVIEWS

Owners, employees, contractors, business partners, close relatives, household members, agents, or others with a material relationship to a Vendor should not submit reviews that misleadingly appear to be independent Customer opinions.

Where Daivavarna permits a review from a person with a relevant relationship, appropriate disclosure may be required.

8. PURCHASED REVIEWS

Buying, selling, or exchanging fabricated reviews is prohibited.

A Vendor shall not pay a person, agency, service, or review network to submit deceptive positive reviews.

A user shall not accept compensation in exchange for submitting a review that falsely appears independent.

9. REVIEW INCENTIVES

9.1 Positive Review Incentives

A Vendor shall not condition money, discounts, gifts, free Products, refunds, coupons, Services, or other benefits upon a Customer leaving a positive review or a particular star rating.

9.2 Honest Review Programs

If Daivavarna permits an incentive for an honest review, the program may require disclosure that the reviewer received an incentive.

9.3 No Pressure

A Vendor may not threaten to withhold an otherwise valid refund, replacement, support, or other Customer right unless the Customer changes or removes a review.

10. REVIEW MANIPULATION

Review manipulation is prohibited.

Examples include:

creating fake Orders to generate reviews;

coordinating reciprocal positive reviews;

using multiple accounts;

paying for review farms;

offering benefits only for five-star reviews;

pressuring Customers to remove negative reviews;

submitting reviews through employees or relatives without disclosure;

or artificially manipulating rating averages.

11. NEUTRAL REVIEW REQUESTS

Vendors may make reasonable and neutral requests for Customers to leave honest reviews where permitted by Daivavarna.

A request may encourage a Customer to share feedback.

It should not tell the Customer what rating to provide or imply that support, refunds, or future service depend upon positive feedback.

12. REVIEW EXTORTION

12.1 Customer Extortion

A Customer shall not threaten to post, alter, or withhold a review solely to obtain money, free Products, discounts, Services, or other benefits to which the Customer is not otherwise entitled.

12.2 Vendor Extortion

A Vendor shall not threaten, intimidate, harass, expose private information about, or otherwise pressure a Customer to remove or alter a legitimate review.

12.3 Legitimate Resolution Discussions

A Customer and Vendor may legitimately discuss a refund, replacement, repair, rescheduling, or other transaction remedy.

The existence of such a discussion does not itself constitute review extortion.

13. REVIEWS DURING DISPUTES

A Customer may submit a review even where a refund, return, chargeback, cancellation, or other dispute occurred.

Daivavarna may resolve a transaction dispute independently of the review.

A Customer should not be required to remove a legitimate review as a condition of receiving a remedy otherwise owed under Marketplace Policy or Applicable Law.

14. VENDOR RESPONSES TO REVIEWS

14.1 Right to Respond

Where supported, Vendors may publicly respond to Customer reviews.

14.2 Professional Conduct

Vendor responses should remain professional and relevant to the reviewed transaction.

14.3 Customer Privacy

A Vendor shall not reveal unnecessary Customer Personal Information when responding publicly.

14.4 No Retaliation

A Vendor shall not use a public response to threaten, intimidate, shame, doxx, or retaliate against a Customer for leaving a negative review.

15. CUSTOMER PRIVACY IN REVIEWS

Users shall not publish unnecessary private or sensitive information concerning another person.

Prohibited disclosures may include:

private home addresses;

private phone numbers;

personal email addresses;

financial account information;

payment-card information;

government identification numbers;

medical information;

private correspondence unrelated to the review;

or other sensitive Personal Information.

Daivavarna may remove or redact such information.

16. VENDOR PRIVACY

Customers should also respect legitimate Vendor privacy.

A Customer shall not publish a Vendor’s private residential address or other non-public Personal Information merely to retaliate during a dispute.

Public business information that is legitimately relevant to the review may be treated differently from private information.

17. HARASSMENT

Community Content shall not contain targeted harassment, stalking, serious intimidation, credible threats, or sustained abusive conduct directed toward another person.

Criticism of a Product or Service does not constitute harassment merely because it is strongly worded.

18. THREATS OF VIOLENCE

Credible threats of physical violence or serious harm are prohibited.

Daivavarna may remove the content, restrict the account, preserve relevant information, or take other appropriate action where serious threats are reported.

19. DISCRIMINATORY ABUSE

Content involving unlawful discriminatory abuse, targeted slurs, or harassment directed at protected personal characteristics may be removed.

This provision does not prohibit respectful discussion of cultural, religious, philosophical, or social subjects where relevant to the Marketplace experience.

20. RELIGIOUS AND TRADITIONAL DISCUSSION

Daivavarna may maintain a Marketplace environment consistent with its devotional, traditional, Vedic, cultural, and community purpose.

Respectful disagreement, doctrinal discussion, criticism, or differing personal views do not automatically violate this Policy.

Content whose primary purpose is harassment, deliberate disruption, threats, fraud, or abusive targeting may be moderated.

21. SPAM

Reviews and Community Content shall not be used primarily for unrelated advertising, mass promotion, link spam, affiliate promotion, commercial solicitation, or unrelated marketing.

Daivavarna may remove content that provides little genuine Marketplace information and primarily attempts to redirect users elsewhere.

22. COMPETITOR PROMOTION

A review should not be used primarily to advertise an unrelated competing business.

A Customer may reasonably compare the reviewed Product or experience with alternatives where relevant to an honest review.

23. FALSE COMPETITOR REVIEWS

A Vendor or competitor shall not submit fabricated negative reviews against another Vendor or Product in order to damage its reputation or sales.

Such conduct may result in Marketplace enforcement.

24. CONTENT ABOUT PRODUCT SAFETY

Customers may report legitimate safety concerns in reviews.

Where a review alleges a potentially serious Product-safety issue, Daivavarna may separately refer the matter for review under the Product Safety and Recall Policy.

The existence of a safety investigation does not automatically require removal of the review.

25. HEALTH-RELATED REVIEWS

Customers may describe their genuine experience with a Product or Service.

However, Community Content shall not be used to intentionally promote unlawful medical claims, dangerous health misinformation, or fraudulent guarantees.

Daivavarna may moderate content where necessary to comply with law or Marketplace safety standards.

26. AYURVEDA REVIEWS

A Customer may describe a genuine experience with an Ayurveda Product or practitioner.

A Customer’s personal experience does not establish that a Product or Service will produce the same result for another person.

Daivavarna may remove or limit content containing unlawful or dangerous medical claims where required.

27. ASTROLOGY REVIEWS

A Customer may review an astrology consultation based upon factors such as communication, professionalism, timeliness, clarity, and the actual Service provided.

The fact that a prediction did not occur does not automatically establish fraud.

Customers may nevertheless report false qualifications, coercion, fear-based selling, fabricated emergencies, or other conduct prohibited by Daivavarna.

28. CLASS AND TEACHER REVIEWS

Students may review Classes and Teachers based upon genuine experiences involving teaching quality, communication, course organization, content accuracy, scheduling, qualifications, or other relevant matters.

A review shall not unlawfully reproduce substantial protected course materials.

29. ACCOMMODATION REVIEWS

Guests may review accommodations based upon genuine experiences involving cleanliness, location accuracy, communication, safety, amenities, Host conduct, or other relevant factors.

A review shall not unnecessarily disclose private security information, access codes, or other information that could create a safety risk.

30. EVENT REVIEWS

Customers may review Events based upon factors such as organization, venue, accuracy of description, communication, program quality, safety, or other genuine experience.

A review of an Event should not falsely accuse an Organizer of serious misconduct without a reasonable factual basis.

31. JOB AND EMPLOYER CONTENT

Where Daivavarna later supports reviews, comments, or community discussion concerning Employers or Jobs, users must comply with this Policy and Applicable Law.

False accusations, disclosure of confidential employment information, unlawful harassment, or retaliatory review manipulation may be restricted.

32. PHOTOGRAPHS IN REVIEWS

32.1 Relevant Images

Customer photographs should reasonably relate to the Product or Marketplace experience being reviewed.

32.2 Personal Information

Users should avoid displaying unnecessary private information, shipping labels, addresses, identification documents, or other sensitive details in photographs.

32.3 Misleading Images

A user shall not knowingly upload photographs of another Product while falsely presenting them as photographs of the reviewed Product.

32.4 Unsafe or Illegal Material

Daivavarna may remove photographs containing unlawful content or content prohibited by Marketplace rules.

33. VIDEO CONTENT

Video submitted with reviews or Community Content must comply with the same standards that apply to photographs and written content.

Users remain responsible for obtaining any permission required to record or publish other people appearing in the video.

34. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN COMMUNITY CONTENT

Users must have sufficient rights to submit photographs, videos, written content, artwork, recordings, or other material contained in Community Content.

The Daivavarna Intellectual Property Policy also applies.

35. COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL IN REVIEWS

Users should not reproduce substantial copyrighted material in a review without authorization or another lawful basis.

Short quotations for legitimate criticism, commentary, or review may be permitted where lawful.

Daivavarna does not provide legal advice concerning whether a particular use qualifies under copyright exceptions.

36. COMMUNITY CONTENT LICENSE TO DAIVAVARNA

36.1 User Ownership

Users retain whatever ownership rights they lawfully possess in their original Community Content.

36.2 License

By submitting authorized Community Content to Daivavarna, the user grants Daivavarna a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, technically reproduce, resize, format, display, distribute within Marketplace interfaces, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, moderate, and promote the Marketplace.

36.3 Promotional Use

The license may include reasonable use of review excerpts, ratings, photographs, or other Community Content in Daivavarna’s own Marketplace promotions, subject to Applicable Law and the Privacy Policy.

36.4 User Representation

The user represents that they have sufficient rights to grant the license.

37. NO TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

Submitting Community Content does not transfer ownership of that content to Daivavarna except to the extent expressly provided in the applicable agreements.

The license allows Daivavarna to use the content for legitimate Marketplace purposes without preventing the user from continuing to own or use their content where legally permitted.

38. REVIEW DISPLAY AND RANKING

Daivavarna may determine how reviews are displayed, sorted, summarized, filtered, or ranked.

Factors may include recency, verified transaction status, relevance, helpfulness, language, Product variation, fraud signals, or other legitimate Marketplace considerations.

Daivavarna shall not intentionally represent manipulated ratings as genuine Customer sentiment.

39. REVIEW AGGREGATION

Daivavarna may calculate average ratings, rating distributions, Vendor scores, Product scores, or other aggregated review information.

The exact method may evolve as Marketplace functionality changes.

40. REVIEW MODERATION

Daivavarna may moderate Community Content through human reviewers, automated technology, rules-based systems, or a combination of methods.

Moderation may occur before or after publication.

Daivavarna is not required to review every item of Community Content before it appears.

41. CONTENT REMOVAL

Daivavarna may remove or restrict Community Content that violates this Policy, Applicable Law, or another Marketplace Policy.

Possible reasons may include:

fabrication;

spam;

review manipulation;

threats;

extortion;

private information;

harassment;

unlawful content;

intellectual-property infringement;

impersonation;

or unrelated commercial promotion.

42. NEGATIVE REVIEWS

Daivavarna shall not ordinarily remove a review merely because:

the Vendor disagrees with it;

the review is negative;

the rating is low;

the Vendor believes the Customer was unreasonable;

the Vendor issued a refund;

or the Vendor has otherwise resolved the underlying transaction.

A review may remain where it accurately reflects the Customer’s genuine experience and does not violate this Policy.

43. REVIEW REMOVAL REQUESTS

A Vendor or other user may report a review believed to violate this Policy.

A removal request should identify the specific Policy concern rather than merely state that the review is unfair or harmful to business.

Daivavarna may request supporting evidence.

44. REVIEW INVESTIGATIONS

Daivavarna may consider relevant information when evaluating suspected review abuse, including:

transaction records;

account relationships;

IP or device information where lawfully available;

payment history;

Marketplace communications;

review patterns;

refund history;

Vendor relationships;

or other relevant fraud indicators.

Daivavarna may use reasonable anti-fraud systems to identify coordinated review manipulation.

45. NO GUARANTEE OF REMOVAL

Reporting a review does not guarantee removal.

Daivavarna may determine that the review represents permissible opinion or genuine Customer experience even where the reported party strongly disagrees with it.

46. EDITING REVIEWS

Where supported by Marketplace functionality, Customers may be permitted to edit reviews after submission.

Daivavarna may retain internal records of previous versions where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, moderation, or legal compliance.

47. DELETING REVIEWS

Where permitted by Marketplace functionality or Applicable Law, users may be able to request deletion of their Community Content.

Certain records may nevertheless be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, transaction records, dispute resolution, or another lawful purpose.

48. VENDOR REQUESTS TO CHANGE REVIEWS

A Vendor may ask a Customer to consider updating a review after genuinely resolving a problem.

The request must remain voluntary.

The Vendor shall not condition a valid refund or other required remedy upon the Customer changing the review.

49. CUSTOMER COMPENSATION AFTER A REVIEW

A Vendor may resolve a genuine Customer problem after a review has been posted.

Providing a refund, replacement, or corrective remedy that is otherwise appropriate does not automatically constitute review manipulation.

However, the Vendor may not require a specific review change as a condition of providing the remedy.

50. RETALIATION

Vendors shall not retaliate against Customers merely because they submit negative reviews or complaints.

Prohibited retaliation may include:

refusing legitimate support;

threatening the Customer;

publicly disclosing private information;

harassment;

blacklisting unrelated future transactions solely because of criticism;

or attempts to interfere with the Customer’s lawful rights.

51. CUSTOMER MISUSE OF REVIEWS

Customers shall not use reviews to:

fabricate damage;

make knowingly false accusations;

demand unrelated compensation;

threaten Vendors;

harass individuals;

publish private information;

or manipulate Marketplace disputes.

Legitimate criticism and good-faith complaints remain permitted.

52. IMPERSONATION

A user shall not submit Community Content while falsely impersonating another person, business, Vendor, Customer, institution, temple, organization, or public authority.

53. MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS

Using multiple accounts to artificially increase or decrease ratings, support one’s own review, manipulate helpfulness votes, or evade moderation is prohibited.

54. REVIEW BOMBING

Coordinated attempts by persons without genuine Marketplace experiences to flood a Product, Vendor, Service, organization, or other Marketplace participant with positive or negative reviews may be restricted or removed.

55. OFF-PLATFORM EXPERIENCES

Daivavarna may determine whether a review based primarily upon an experience outside Daivavarna is eligible for publication.

Where reviews are intended specifically for Daivavarna transactions, unrelated off-platform experiences may be removed.

56. COMMUNITY QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Where Daivavarna provides Product questions and answers, users should provide relevant and reasonably accurate information.

Vendors should not intentionally provide false answers to questions concerning Product composition, origin, ingredients, safety, sizing, availability, authenticity, or other material characteristics.

57. COMMUNITY DISCUSSIONS

Where Daivavarna later provides forums, community boards, comments, groups, or other discussion features, users must follow this Policy.

Community areas are not exempt from rules concerning harassment, privacy, fraud, spam, intellectual property, or unlawful content.

58. ADVERTISING IN COMMUNITY AREAS

Users shall not use Community Content primarily to advertise Products or Services outside the purpose of the relevant feature unless Daivavarna expressly permits such promotion.

59. LINKS IN COMMUNITY CONTENT

Daivavarna may restrict external links where necessary to reduce spam, scams, unsafe content, malware, fee circumvention, or unrelated advertising.

A permitted link must still comply with Marketplace Policies.

60. MALICIOUS OR HARMFUL CONTENT

Users shall not upload malware, malicious code, deceptive downloads, phishing links, or other content designed to compromise devices, accounts, or Personal Information.

61. ILLEGAL CONTENT

Community Content that is unlawful may be removed.

Daivavarna may preserve or disclose relevant information where required by Applicable Law or valid legal process.

62. GOVERNMENT AND LEGAL REQUESTS

Daivavarna may preserve, restrict, remove, or disclose Community Content where required by valid governmental, judicial, regulatory, or law-enforcement process.

Such action shall be handled in accordance with Applicable Law and the Privacy Policy.

63. CONTENT PRESERVATION

Daivavarna may preserve Community Content and related records where reasonably necessary for:

fraud prevention;

review manipulation investigations;

legal disputes;

safety investigations;

chargebacks;

regulatory compliance;

or Marketplace enforcement.

64. NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY

Reviews and Community Content generally represent the views, opinions, statements, and experiences of the users who submit them.

Daivavarna does not guarantee that every review or statement is complete, objective, or accurate.

Users should evaluate Community Content together with Listings, Vendor information, Marketplace Policies, and their own judgment.

65. NO ENDORSEMENT

Publication of a review does not mean that Daivavarna endorses, agrees with, or independently verifies the reviewer’s statements.

Similarly, removal of content does not necessarily mean that every statement in that content was legally false.

66. MODERATION DOES NOT DETERMINE LEGAL LIABILITY

A decision by Daivavarna to remove, retain, restrict, or restore Community Content is a Marketplace moderation decision.

It does not necessarily determine whether a statement is legally defamatory, protected opinion, unlawful, privileged, or otherwise subject to judicial remedies.

67. DEFAMATION DISPUTES

Users should not knowingly submit false statements intended to unlawfully damage another person’s reputation.

At the same time, Daivavarna may not be able to adjudicate complex factual or legal disputes concerning alleged defamation.

Parties remain free to pursue lawful remedies where appropriate.

68. REVIEW DISPUTES BETWEEN USERS

Where a Vendor and Customer dispute the accuracy of a review, Daivavarna may review relevant Marketplace records.

Daivavarna may decline to remove a review where the dispute concerns differing perspectives or opinions rather than a clear Policy violation.

69. FRAUDULENT REVIEW NETWORKS

Accounts reasonably identified as participating in organized review fraud may be restricted, suspended, or terminated.

Associated reviews may be removed or excluded from rating calculations.

70. MARKETPLACE ENFORCEMENT

Violations of this Policy may result in one or more actions, including:

content removal;

content restriction;

review exclusion from rating calculations;

warning;

loss of review privileges;

Vendor restrictions;

Customer account restrictions;

temporary suspension;

or account termination.

The action selected may depend upon seriousness, recurrence, intent, harm, evidence, and Applicable Law.

71. SERIOUS VIOLATIONS

Daivavarna may take immediate action where Community Content involves credible threats, extortion, doxxing, organized review fraud, unlawful exploitation, malicious links, or other serious misconduct.

72. REPEATED VIOLATIONS

Repeated smaller violations may result in stronger enforcement where a user demonstrates a pattern of misuse.

Users are expected to correct conduct after receiving Marketplace warnings or restrictions.

73. VENDOR REVIEW METRICS

Daivavarna may consider genuine Customer reviews and ratings as one factor in Vendor quality, ranking, eligibility, category approval, or Marketplace enforcement.

No single negative review necessarily determines Vendor status.

74. MANIPULATION OF VENDOR METRICS

A Vendor shall not attempt to conceal legitimate negative performance by deleting and recreating Products, opening new accounts, moving transactions, or otherwise manipulating Marketplace review history.

75. DAIVAVARNA’S OWN EDITORIAL CONTENT

Content created directly by Daivavarna, such as Marketplace guides, category descriptions, editorial recommendations, or educational materials, may be governed separately from user-generated reviews.

Daivavarna may clearly identify sponsored, editorial, or Marketplace-created content where appropriate.

76. TESTIMONIALS USED BY VENDORS

Where Vendors display Customer testimonials within Listings or Vendor profiles, the testimonials must be genuine and not materially misleading.

A Vendor shall not fabricate quotations or materially alter a Customer’s words to create a deceptive endorsement.

77. EXTERNAL REVIEWS

A Vendor shall not import, copy, or display reviews from another platform in a misleading manner.

Where external reviews are permitted, Daivavarna may require clear disclosure of their source and may restrict imported review content.

78. AUTOMATED OR AI-GENERATED REVIEWS

Reviews generated by artificial intelligence, bots, or automated systems and falsely presented as genuine Customer experiences are prohibited.

Users may use writing assistance to improve grammar or clarity of a genuine review, but the substantive experience described must remain truthful.

79. AI-GENERATED COMMUNITY CONTENT

Other AI-assisted Community Content remains subject to the same requirements concerning accuracy, privacy, intellectual property, fraud, and Marketplace integrity.

AI use does not excuse a user from responsibility for content submitted under the user’s account.

80. CHILDREN AND COMMUNITY CONTENT

Where Daivavarna restricts account access or content submission based upon age, users must comply with those restrictions.

Adults shall not exploit or improperly disclose information concerning minors through reviews or Community Content.

81. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY REQUESTS

Requests concerning Personal Information contained in Community Content may be handled under Daivavarna’s Privacy Policy and Applicable Law.

Removal of Personal Information does not necessarily require deletion of the entire review where redaction or another lawful solution is appropriate.

82. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Community Content may be submitted or viewed by users in multiple countries.

Users remain responsible for complying with laws applicable to their own content.

Daivavarna may restrict content by jurisdiction where necessary.

83. LANGUAGE AND TRANSLATION

Daivavarna may provide automated or human translation of reviews or Community Content.

Translations may not perfectly reflect nuance or meaning.

Where disputes arise, Daivavarna may consider the original-language content.

84. POLICY CHANGES

Daivavarna may update this Policy prospectively as Marketplace features, review systems, moderation practices, technologies, legal requirements, or community functions evolve.

Material changes may be communicated where required.

85. CONTACT

Users may report reviews or Community Content believed to violate this Policy through the appropriate Marketplace reporting or support channel.

Review Reports: [Reviews / Support Email]

Privacy Concerns: [Privacy Email]

Intellectual Property: [IP Email]

Legal: [Legal Email]

Where a report concerns an immediate safety threat or emergency, users should contact the appropriate emergency or governmental authority in addition to notifying Daivavarna where appropriate.

86. USER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By submitting reviews, ratings, photographs, videos, comments, questions, answers, or other Community Content through Daivavarna, the user agrees to comply with this Policy.

Users acknowledge that Community Content should reflect genuine experiences, must not be fabricated or manipulated, and may be moderated where it violates Marketplace Policies or Applicable Law.

Vendors acknowledge that legitimate negative feedback is part of Marketplace participation and may not be suppressed merely because it is unfavorable.

Customers acknowledge that review tools must not be used for extortion, harassment, fabricated claims, retaliation, or manipulation.

Daivavarna may moderate Community Content, investigate review abuse, preserve relevant records, restrict accounts, and take other reasonable measures to protect Marketplace integrity.

Nothing in this Policy limits any right, obligation, defense, or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
