About This Policy
This Shipping, Delivery, Local Pickup and International Orders Policy establishes the requirements applicable when Products purchased through Daivavarna are shipped, delivered locally, collected by Customers, or transported internationally.
Daivavarna is a multi-vendor Marketplace. Unless Daivavarna expressly provides fulfillment for a particular transaction, the independent Vendor remains responsible for preparing, packaging, labeling, dispatching, and otherwise fulfilling Products purchased from that Vendor.
Vendors are responsible for providing truthful shipping information, reasonable processing times, appropriate packaging, valid tracking where required, and reasonable assistance when delivery problems occur.
Daivavarna may establish additional requirements for particular Product categories, destinations, carriers, Product values, or shipments presenting additional safety, regulatory, or financial risk.
Nothing in this Policy limits shipping, delivery, customs, consumer-protection, or other rights and obligations that cannot lawfully be waived.
1. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
1.1 Covered Transactions
This Policy applies to qualifying physical Products offered through Daivavarna that are shipped by a carrier, delivered locally by or on behalf of a Vendor, collected by a Customer, or transported across national borders.
1.2 Supplemental Category Terms
Particular Product categories may have additional shipping and delivery requirements.
Food, perishables, farm Products, Ayurveda Products, fragile Products, handmade Products, Deity worship Products, plants, natural materials, and other specialized Products may be subject to additional packaging, temperature, contamination, labeling, timing, import, export, or destination restrictions.
1.3 Services and Non-Physical Transactions
Pure Services, Classes, Events, Jobs, consultations, digital offerings, and similar non-physical Marketplace activities are ordinarily not governed by physical shipping requirements except where tangible Products or materials are also supplied.
1.4 Relationship to Other Policies
This Policy should be read together with the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy, Product Safety and Recall Policy, Prohibited and Restricted Products, Services and Activities Policy, Fees and Vendor Payouts Policy, and applicable Supplemental Category Terms.
2. VENDOR FULFILLMENT RESPONSIBILITY
2.1 Vendor Responsibility
Unless Daivavarna expressly states that it is providing fulfillment for a particular Order, the Vendor is responsible for fulfillment of Products sold through the Vendor’s Listing.
2.2 Required Performance
The Vendor shall prepare and dispatch Products according to the Listing, Order details, applicable processing period, Customer-selected shipping method, and Applicable Law.
2.3 No False Fulfillment
A Vendor shall not mark an Order as shipped, delivered, ready for pickup, or otherwise fulfilled where that status is materially false.
2.4 Third-Party Fulfillment
A Vendor may use an appropriate third-party fulfillment provider where lawful and consistent with Daivavarna requirements.
The Vendor remains responsible for the performance of a fulfillment provider selected by the Vendor.
2.5 Inventory
Vendors should maintain reasonably accurate Product inventory and shall not routinely accept Orders for Products they cannot supply within the represented fulfillment period.
3. PROCESSING AND HANDLING TIMES
3.1 Processing Period
The Vendor shall provide a reasonable processing period representing the time ordinarily necessary to prepare the Product before shipment or delivery.
3.2 Processing Time Versus Transit Time
Processing or production time should be distinguished from carrier transit time.
For example, where a handmade Product requires five business days to produce and the selected carrier ordinarily requires three additional business days for delivery, the Listing should not misleadingly represent the Product as having a three-day total fulfillment period.
3.3 Handmade and Made-to-Order Products
Custom, handmade, personalized, prepared, harvested, farm-produced, or made-to-order Products may have longer processing periods where the longer period is clearly disclosed.
3.4 Unexpected Delays
Where the Vendor reasonably expects a material delay beyond the represented processing period, the Vendor should promptly inform the Customer.
3.5 Customer Options Following Material Delay
Where a material delay substantially changes the expected transaction, the Customer may have cancellation or refund rights under the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy or Applicable Law.
4. SHIPPING METHODS AND SHIPPING CHARGES
4.1 Available Shipping Methods
Where a Vendor offers multiple shipping methods, the Listing or checkout process should reasonably identify available options and material differences between them.
4.2 Accurate Shipping Charges
Vendors shall not knowingly impose materially misleading or undisclosed shipping charges.
4.3 Shipping Estimates
Carrier delivery periods displayed through Daivavarna are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed by the applicable carrier or required by Applicable Law.
4.4 Free Shipping
Where a Vendor advertises a Product as having free shipping, the Vendor shall not impose a separate undisclosed mandatory shipping charge for the same delivery.
4.5 Combined Orders
Where multiple Products from the same Vendor are combined into one shipment, shipping may be calculated according to applicable Marketplace settings and the Vendor’s disclosed shipping method.
4.6 Multi-Vendor Orders
Where a Customer purchases Products from more than one Vendor through a single Marketplace checkout, those Products may be fulfilled and shipped separately.
Different Vendors may have different processing periods, shipping charges, tracking numbers, and delivery dates.
5. CUSTOMER SHIPPING ADDRESS
5.1 Accurate Address
The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
5.2 Incomplete or Suspicious Address
Where an address appears materially incomplete, inconsistent, invalid, or undeliverable, the Vendor should make reasonable efforts to obtain clarification before shipment.
5.3 Address Changes Before Shipment
A Customer should request an address change before the Vendor dispatches the Order.
5.4 Address Changes After Shipment
Once a Product has been dispatched, the Vendor may be unable to redirect the shipment.
Any carrier cost associated with a Customer-requested redirection may be charged to the Customer where lawful and clearly justified.
5.5 Fraud Prevention
Daivavarna or the Vendor may decline or restrict an address change where the requested change creates a material fraud, payment, security, sanctions, or delivery risk.
6. PACKAGING STANDARDS
6.1 Appropriate Packaging
Vendors shall package Products in a manner reasonably appropriate to the nature of the Product and foreseeable shipping conditions.
6.2 Protection Against Damage
Packaging should reasonably protect against risks such as breakage, crushing, leakage, contamination, moisture, impact, excessive heat or cold, tampering, and other reasonably foreseeable transportation hazards relevant to the Product.
6.3 Fragile Products
Glass, ceramics, terracotta, clay Products, stone Products, devotional vessels, artwork, furniture components, and other fragile Products should be packaged using suitable protective materials.
6.4 Food and Perishable Products
Food and perishable Products must be packaged and shipped in accordance with applicable food-safety requirements and applicable Sattvic Foods or Farm Supplemental Terms.
6.5 Liquids, Oils and Powders
Products containing liquids, oils, powders, herbal preparations, or similar materials should be sealed and packaged to reasonably prevent leakage, contamination, or loss during ordinary transport.
6.6 Environmentally Responsible Packaging
Daivavarna encourages practical use of recyclable, reusable, biodegradable, natural, or lower-impact packaging where such packaging is compatible with Product safety and reliable shipment.
Environmental preference does not override Product-protection or legal requirements.
7. SHIPPING LABELS AND DOCUMENTATION
7.1 Accurate Shipping Labels
Shipping labels must contain materially accurate shipment and delivery information.
7.2 False Information Prohibited
A Vendor shall not knowingly falsify Product contents, package weight, country of origin, destination, declared customs value, shipment category, or other legally required shipping information.
7.3 Required Documentation
The Vendor is responsible for providing documentation legally required for the shipment.
7.4 Product-Specific Documentation
Certain Products may require invoices, ingredient information, plant or agricultural documentation, customs documents, certificates, permits, or other shipment records.
The Vendor is responsible for identifying requirements applicable to the Vendor’s Product.
8. TRACKING INFORMATION
8.1 Tracking Requirement
Daivavarna may require valid tracking for physical Product shipments.
8.2 Higher-Value Orders
Tracking, insurance, delivery confirmation, or signature confirmation may be required or strongly recommended for higher-value transactions.
8.3 Valid Tracking
The Vendor shall provide tracking information corresponding to the Customer’s actual shipment.
8.4 False Tracking
Fabricated, reused, unrelated, manipulated, or misleading tracking information is prohibited.
8.5 Marketplace Tracking Updates
Where the Vendor dashboard provides a tracking field, the Vendor should enter the appropriate carrier and tracking information promptly after dispatch.
8.6 Delayed Carrier Scans
A temporary delay in carrier tracking updates does not automatically establish that an Order has not been shipped.
The Vendor may nevertheless be required to provide reasonable evidence of dispatch where a dispute arises.
9. DELIVERY
9.1 Carrier Delivery
A Product may ordinarily be treated as delivered where reliable carrier information or other reasonable evidence indicates delivery to the authorized delivery location.
9.2 Delivery Disputes
A carrier’s tracking status is relevant evidence but does not automatically resolve every delivery dispute.
Daivavarna may consider other relevant evidence when determining a Marketplace resolution.
9.3 Signature Delivery
Where signature confirmation is required because of Product value, risk, or Marketplace rules, the Vendor should use an appropriate carrier service.
9.4 Secure Delivery Location
Customers should provide a reasonably secure location for delivery where practicable.
9.5 Delivery to Authorized Person
Delivery to an authorized household member, receptionist, building desk, mail room, parcel locker, or other authorized recipient may constitute delivery where appropriate to the shipment.
10. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
10.1 Non-Delivery Report
A Customer may report an Order that has not arrived within a reasonable period after the expected delivery timeframe.
10.2 Vendor Investigation
The Vendor should reasonably investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, contact the carrier.
10.3 Carrier Claim
Where the Vendor selected and purchased the shipping service, the Vendor is ordinarily responsible for pursuing an applicable carrier claim.
10.4 Customer Remedy
The existence of a separate carrier claim does not automatically eliminate an otherwise valid Customer remedy.
10.5 Possible Resolution
Depending upon the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include carrier investigation, reshipment, replacement, refund, or another remedy consistent with the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
11. SHIPPING DAMAGE
11.1 Reporting
Customers should report significant shipping damage promptly after delivery.
11.2 Evidence
Daivavarna or the Vendor may reasonably request photographs of the Product, internal packaging, external package, shipping label, damaged area, or other evidence necessary to evaluate the claim.
11.3 Packaging Preservation
Where reasonably practicable, the Customer should retain damaged packaging while the claim is being reviewed.
11.4 Customer Remedies
Shipping damage remedies are governed by this Policy and the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
11.5 Carrier Reimbursement
A Vendor’s ability to obtain reimbursement from a carrier or shipping insurer is separate from the Customer’s applicable Marketplace remedy.
12. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
12.1 Customer Cooperation
Where a carrier reasonably requires a signature, delivery appointment, identification, access code, Customer presence, or other cooperation, the Customer is responsible for reasonably assisting with delivery.
12.2 Repeated Failed Delivery
Where delivery fails repeatedly because of Customer conduct, additional delivery costs may become the Customer’s responsibility where lawful and reasonably attributable to the Customer.
12.3 Vendor Error
Charges resulting from an incorrect address, labeling error, shipment error, or other fulfillment problem attributable to the Vendor shall ordinarily remain the Vendor’s responsibility.
12.4 Carrier Procedures
Customers should comply with reasonable carrier procedures for arranging redelivery or collection where appropriate.
13. REFUSED PACKAGES
A Customer should not refuse delivery merely as a substitute for following the Daivavarna return process unless refusal is reasonably appropriate or instructed by Daivavarna, the Vendor, or the carrier.
A refused package may be subject to return-shipping or carrier charges where the refusal was not caused by Vendor error and the charge is lawful.
Where the Product was materially damaged, incorrect, unsafe, or otherwise problematic, the Customer should contact the Vendor or Daivavarna for appropriate instructions.
14. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Where a carrier holds a Product for Customer collection and the Customer does not retrieve it within the carrier’s required period, the package may be returned to the Vendor.
Refund treatment may depend upon the reason for non-collection, Product condition, Product category, return-shipping expenses, reshipment costs, and Applicable Law.
Perishable or custom Products may be subject to additional restrictions.
15. LOCAL DELIVERY
15.1 Vendor-Provided Local Delivery
Daivavarna may permit Vendors to provide local delivery within identified geographic areas.
15.2 Service Area
The Vendor shall accurately identify or configure the local delivery area.
15.3 Local Delivery Charges
Any mandatory local delivery fee should be disclosed before the Customer completes the Order.
15.4 Delivery Arrangements
The Vendor and Customer may coordinate reasonable delivery timing and location through approved Marketplace communication tools.
15.5 Delivery Evidence
For higher-value or disputed deliveries, the Vendor may use Customer acknowledgment, photographs, signatures, delivery codes, or other reasonable evidence.
15.6 Vendor Safety
A Vendor providing local delivery remains responsible for lawful and reasonably safe delivery practices.
15.7 Customer Privacy
Vendors shall use Customer address and contact information only for legitimate Marketplace and delivery purposes.
16. LOCAL PICKUP
16.1 Pickup Availability
A Vendor may permit Customer pickup where appropriate.
16.2 Pickup Location
The Vendor shall provide the Customer with an accurate pickup location at an appropriate stage of the transaction.
16.3 Residential Vendor Privacy
A residential Vendor may display only an approximate location publicly and provide the exact pickup address after an Order or pickup request has been appropriately confirmed where lawful.
16.4 Public Business Locations
A shop, temple, farm, workshop, institution, or other public business location may display its public address where appropriate.
16.5 Pickup Hours
The Vendor should provide reasonable pickup times or instructions.
16.6 Customer Verification
For higher-value Orders, the Vendor may reasonably request Order confirmation or appropriate identification before releasing the Product.
16.7 Pickup Confirmation
A Vendor should mark an Order as picked up only after the Customer or authorized recipient has actually received the Product.
17. CONTACTLESS PICKUP AND DELIVERY
Where appropriate, Vendors and Customers may use contactless pickup or delivery.
Products should not be left in unsafe, exposed, inaccessible, or otherwise unreasonable locations merely to create a delivery record.
Food, perishables, valuable Products, weather-sensitive Products, or Products requiring secure custody may require additional precautions.
18. PERISHABLE AND TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE SHIPMENTS
18.1 Vendor Responsibility
A Vendor shipping perishable or temperature-sensitive Products must use packaging and delivery methods reasonably appropriate to the Product.
18.2 Transit Time
The Vendor should consider expected transit duration, local weather, destination conditions, weekends, holidays, and carrier limitations.
18.3 Unsafe Delays
Where foreseeable shipping delay would materially compromise food safety or Product integrity, the Vendor should not dispatch the Product using that method.
18.4 Customer Cooperation
Customers should make reasonable efforts to receive and appropriately store perishable Products promptly after delivery.
18.5 Supplemental Food Rules
Sattvic Foods and farm Products remain subject to applicable category-specific safety and shipping requirements.
19. PLANTS, SEEDS AND AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS
Plants, seeds, soil-containing Products, fresh flowers, agricultural materials, and other biological Products may be subject to special domestic or international restrictions.
A Vendor shall not assume that a natural or agricultural Product can lawfully be shipped merely because the Product itself is ordinarily lawful to possess.
Daivavarna may restrict shipment of particular plants, seeds, soil, agricultural Products, or related materials to specific destinations.
20. FURNITURE AND LARGE PRODUCTS
Furniture, altars, large household Products, bulky items, or Products requiring freight delivery may be subject to specialized delivery arrangements.
The Vendor shall clearly disclose material delivery conditions such as curbside delivery, appointment requirements, lifting limitations, assembly exclusions, or access requirements.
The Vendor shall not represent curbside delivery as in-home installation where installation is not included.
21. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
21.1 International Availability
Daivavarna may permit Vendors to sell internationally where supported and approved.
21.2 No Universal International Selling
International Marketplace functionality does not mean every Vendor may sell to every country or that every Product is eligible for international shipment.
21.3 Factors Affecting Availability
International availability may depend upon the Vendor’s country, Customer destination, Product category, payment-provider support, carrier availability, export rules, import rules, sanctions, customs restrictions, or other requirements.
21.4 Vendor Responsibility
The Vendor is responsible for determining whether the Product may lawfully be exported from the country of origin.
21.5 Customer Responsibility
The Customer may be responsible for determining whether a Product can lawfully be imported into the Customer’s destination, except where Applicable Law places that responsibility elsewhere.
21.6 Marketplace Restrictions
Daivavarna may restrict particular countries, Products, categories, Vendors, payment methods, currencies, or international shipping routes.
22. CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS
22.1 Truthful Declaration
Vendors must provide truthful customs information.
22.2 False Gift Declarations
A Vendor shall not falsely declare a commercial Product as a gift merely to avoid customs obligations.
22.3 Product Value
The Vendor shall not knowingly and materially understate Product value to avoid taxes, duties, inspections, or restrictions.
22.4 Product Description
The Vendor shall accurately describe the Product for customs purposes.
22.5 Customer Requests
A Customer shall not request that a Vendor falsify customs information.
23. COUNTRY OF ORIGIN AND IMPORT INFORMATION
Where country-of-origin information or other import information is legally required, the Vendor shall provide it accurately.
A Vendor shall not falsely represent a Product as locally made, imported, artisan-produced, or originating from a particular country where that representation is materially inaccurate.
24. DUTIES, TAXES AND IMPORT CHARGES
24.1 Possible Charges
International Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage charges, handling fees, processing charges, or similar amounts.
24.2 Responsibility
Responsibility for these amounts shall depend upon the transaction structure, shipping terms, Applicable Law, and any disclosures made before purchase.
24.3 Customer Notice
Where reasonably practicable, the Marketplace or Vendor should disclose that additional import charges may apply.
24.4 Government Charges
Daivavarna generally cannot refund a customs duty, import tax, or governmental charge paid directly by the Customer to a government, carrier, or customs authority unless Daivavarna itself collected the amount and is legally able to refund it.
25. CUSTOMS DELAYS
International delivery may be delayed because of customs inspection, import review, documentation requests, regulatory screening, tax collection, or other governmental processes.
A Vendor is not automatically responsible for every customs delay where the Vendor supplied accurate documentation and lawfully dispatched the Product.
A Vendor may nevertheless be responsible where delay results from materially inaccurate, incomplete, deceptive, or unlawful shipping documentation provided by the Vendor.
26. IMPORT AND EXPORT RESTRICTIONS
Food, seeds, plants, agricultural Products, animal-derived materials, herbal preparations, Ayurveda Products, cultural artifacts, wildlife materials, cosmetics, powders, liquids, chemicals, oils, and other regulated categories may be subject to special international restrictions.
A Vendor shall not ship a Product internationally where the Vendor knows or reasonably should know that the shipment violates applicable law or carrier requirements.
Daivavarna may disable international shipping for particular Products or entire categories.
27. WILDLIFE AND ANIMAL-DERIVED MATERIALS
Products containing shells, feathers, skins, ivory, horn, bone, coral, protected woods, or other regulated natural materials may be subject to wildlife, environmental, import, or export restrictions.
Illegal wildlife Products are prohibited under the Prohibited and Restricted Products, Services and Activities Policy.
Vendors must not misdeclare regulated wildlife or animal-derived materials to avoid inspection.
28. SANCTIONS AND RESTRICTED DESTINATIONS
Daivavarna may restrict transactions involving countries, regions, persons, entities, organizations, or activities subject to applicable economic sanctions or legal restrictions.
A Vendor or Customer shall not use alternative addresses, intermediaries, false identities, misleading declarations, or other methods to evade a lawful destination or transaction restriction.
29. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
29.1 Return Eligibility
International return eligibility is governed by the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy and Applicable Law.
29.2 Additional Procedures
International returns may involve customs declarations, import or export requirements, brokerage, carrier restrictions, or additional transit costs.
29.3 Vendor-Fault Returns
Where an international return is required because of Vendor error, a materially defective Product, wrong Product, counterfeit Product, or material misdescription, reasonable return costs may be allocated to the Vendor where required by Marketplace Policy or Applicable Law.
29.4 Customer Change-of-Mind Return
For an eligible discretionary international return, the Customer may be responsible for return shipping where properly disclosed and lawful.
30. INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS
International refunds may be affected by foreign-exchange rates, payment-provider costs, bank fees, or other financial adjustments.
The Fees and Vendor Payouts Policy governs applicable Processing Costs and currency-conversion matters.
Mandatory Customer refund rights under Applicable Law remain unaffected.
31. CUSTOMER DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Customers may provide reasonable delivery instructions where the Vendor or carrier supports them.
A Vendor is not required to follow instructions that are unsafe, unlawful, technically impossible, inconsistent with carrier requirements, or materially different from the delivery service purchased.
32. ADDRESS PRIVACY
Daivavarna may limit public display of residential Vendor addresses where appropriate.
A Vendor may nevertheless be required to provide Daivavarna or a Customer with a lawful return address, pickup address, business address, regulatory address, or other location where necessary for fulfillment, returns, legal compliance, or Marketplace operations.
33. SHIPPING INSURANCE
A Vendor may purchase shipping insurance or use carrier declared-value protection.
Daivavarna may require or recommend insurance for Products of significant value.
A Vendor’s ability to recover money from a carrier or insurer does not automatically eliminate a valid Customer remedy.
34. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Daivavarna may require or recommend signature confirmation for Products of significant value, Products presenting elevated theft risk, or other qualifying transactions.
Where such confirmation is required, the Vendor is responsible for selecting an appropriate shipping service.
35. VENDOR SHIPPING POLICIES
Vendors may display additional shipping information within their stores or Listings.
Vendor-specific shipping terms must remain consistent with this Policy, applicable Supplemental Category Terms, and Applicable Law.
A Vendor shall not use a store policy to reduce mandatory Customer rights.
36. CUSTOMER AND VENDOR COMMUNICATION
The Vendor should reasonably respond to Customer questions concerning dispatch, shipment status, delays, tracking, delivery arrangements, missing Packages, local pickup, or returns.
Customers should communicate honestly and provide reasonable information necessary to resolve genuine delivery issues.
Marketplace communications may be reviewed where necessary to investigate a shipping dispute in accordance with applicable policies and the Privacy Policy.
37. EVIDENCE IN SHIPPING DISPUTES
Daivavarna may consider tracking records, carrier information, delivery photographs, signatures, shipment weight, packaging photographs, Customer communications, delivery addresses, Vendor fulfillment records, customs documentation, pickup confirmation, or other relevant evidence.
No single category of evidence necessarily resolves every dispute.
38. FRAUDULENT SHIPPING ACTIVITY
Fraudulent fulfillment activity is prohibited.
Examples may include fabricated tracking, knowingly shipping an empty Package, intentionally sending a materially different Product, falsely claiming shipment, redirecting Products to unrelated addresses, manipulating delivery evidence, or creating sham shipments.
Such conduct may result in refunds, payment holds, reserves, Listing removal, suspension, termination, or other appropriate enforcement.
39. SPLIT SHIPMENTS
A Vendor may ship an Order in multiple Packages where reasonably necessary.
The Vendor should provide separate tracking information where applicable.
Where one portion of an Order is missing, delayed, or damaged, the remaining portion may be handled separately according to this Policy and the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
40. CARRIER SELECTION
The Vendor is ordinarily responsible for selecting a carrier and shipping method reasonably suitable for the Product and destination.
Daivavarna may restrict or require particular carriers, shipping methods, tracking standards, insurance, signature services, or delivery procedures where appropriate.
41. EVENTS OUTSIDE REASONABLE CONTROL
Shipping or delivery may be affected by severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, customs disruption, strikes, carrier shutdowns, infrastructure failures, widespread service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond the Vendor’s reasonable control.
The Vendor should communicate known material delays where reasonably possible.
Customer cancellation or refund rights shall be determined according to the circumstances, this Policy, the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy, and Applicable Law.
42. SHIPPING CHARGES AND REFUNDS
Whether original shipping charges, upgraded shipping charges, local delivery fees, or return-shipping costs are refundable depends upon the reason for the return, the Vendor’s responsibility, Applicable Law, and the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
A Vendor shall not retain shipping charges as a device to avoid a refund that legally must include those charges.
43. MARKETPLACE ENFORCEMENT
Daivavarna may enforce this Policy by requiring correction of shipping information, restricting shipping methods, removing Listings, delaying or holding Vendor proceeds, issuing qualifying refunds, requiring additional verification, restricting international sales, suspending category privileges, or taking other appropriate action.
Repeated non-shipment, fabricated tracking, chronic unexplained late fulfillment, serious packaging failures, unlawful customs practices, or shipping fraud may result in Vendor suspension or termination.
44. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Daivavarna may update this Policy prospectively as Marketplace operations, Product categories, carriers, international capabilities, technology, laws, or fulfillment practices evolve.
Where a material change requires notice under Applicable Law or the General Vendor Terms and Seller Agreement, Daivavarna shall provide appropriate notice.

Vendors agree to comply with this Shipping, Delivery, Local Pickup and International Orders Policy when fulfilling Products offered through Daivavarna.
Customers agree to provide materially accurate delivery information and reasonably cooperate with legitimate fulfillment, pickup, carrier, customs, and delivery procedures.
Daivavarna may facilitate shipping-related dispute resolution and Marketplace enforcement while the independent Vendor ordinarily remains responsible for fulfillment of the Vendor’s Products.
Nothing in this Policy limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived.
